Two people went on a blind date and the bill was split between the two. Fine. However, after that first blind date they have been on many subsequent dates and the guy has never offered to pay for the entire bill. The girl did pay the whole bill one time on her own. Is it rude to bring the topic up of paying while on a date? If not and assuming you start talking about it, is there any way to say that the guy should pay sometimes without sounding like a spoiled brat?

Can anyone tell me why people feel the need to say that they don't "do" something that really dosn't seem in context, for example someone said to me that they "don't do horror" or they "don't do jewellrey"

why do people use it in this context ?

Had enough coffee. Used to drink Earl Grey and English Breakfast - steeped in a pre warmed pot, one for me, one for thee, and one for the pot. Presently enjoying Constant Comment (bags only available.) Please suggest your favorite tea and whether you prefer bag or brewed? Oh, did I get the proportions right?

Hugs and kisses, many thanks, blessed Yule!

Whenever I need a public restroom I would like to use the least used stall but I can't figure out where people tend to go. Do folks naturally tend to head towards the back or do they like the stalls up front, or is it the middle. I would appreciate any advice.

Here's what the email said:

Just wanted to let everyone know that Carl's father passed away yesterday. He could use a BIG HUGE HUG if you see him.

Is this acceptable? It seems wrong to me!

My wife and I received a letter approximatley two years ago from our County Planning and Zoning. Stating our house and property was an open storage containment. After an argument with the inspector explaining to her that she had the wrong address. After an appointment was set, she finally aggreed. Guess what. Just last week we received another letter, but from a different inspector. He also agreed the wrong house. Yes my answer wizzes. I am living next to a JUNK YARD. In between letters. This neighbor added another Mobile home on the property. Guess what again. The existing Mobile home on the property with nothing in it. Burned to the ground. Now keep in mind we are going on the third year. Who do I contact next?

Even if it is not towards your religion or culture, but towards others? I do, I think it's rude and inappropriate. Let people follow the religion they believe in, whats their' problem? And why should they have a problem with your culture? I think cultural diversity it what makes the world interesting. We all learn new things from one another.

I live in an apartment in Manhattan and the woman living directly above me walk around in her apartment with shoes on at all odd hours. This is an old building with wood floors and she has no carpet in her apartment. Everytime she goes around her place I can hear her loud enough to wake me up from my sleep. I have tried talking to her a couple of times but it ends up being the same after a few hours. Does anyone know how to deal with a situation like this?

I kept on hearing all the women worrying about their men liking porn too much, and well, most aren't admitting that they get turned on by the same sight when they view it discreetly. If a woman enjoys porn and uses it to get herself off, is it wrong?

Aren't these both natural acts of fluid secretion- especially if you are in an emergency and are super-discrete?

My mailman is a nice guy. He did me a favor too, my mum forgot to put my apartment number on my christmas packages and he took down my name and apartment number and said he will deliver these too me.
How much should I put in a Christmas card for him to say thanks without being stingy and without being patronising?

Or, is it nice to bake some nice christmas cookies and give as a gift?

What parts would you select. If they were offered on a restaurant menu what parts would be preferable and what would be the pricing structure, for example, forearm at £5 per centimetre, buttocks at £10 per. kilo. etc.
