IF YOU WERE AT A SOCIETY DINNER GATHERING. YOU HAD A LARGE THING IN YOUR NOSE BIG ENOUGH TO CONSTRICT BREATHING AND MAKING YOUR EYES WATER. A PRONOUNCED WHISTLING NOISE FROM YOUR NOSE IS BECOMING ALMOST NOTICEABLE TO OTHERS.YOU DIDN'T HAVE A HANKY AND YOU WERE UNABLE TO LEAVE THE TABLE. WHAT COULD YOU DO TO AVOID EMBARRASSMENT.

my husband's best friend and my mutual friend is a woman. Her husband is also a close friend. He has started to hang out with a woman of, uh, loose morals. They are "just friends" and everytime she calls, the husband goes out with her. He always asks his wife if she would like to go, but she always refuses. She refuses because she wants him to realize on his own that what he is doing is hurting her. He knows that his wife does not care for his friend, yet he continues to see her. So, my question is....I know this is none of my buisness, but I work with the other woman. I avoid her, I avert eye contact, I only speak with her if I have to and am polite when I do so. Today, when I got change for her drawer, they came up short and she accused me of short changing. The safe was even, so the error was on her, but I still ran into the office and told my fellow manager that she was a ghonaherpasyphalaids infested whore. How do i work with the other woman and be profesional?

I told my friend that we should get together and have dinner. Well her date and her chose a very expensive restaurant, which was fine. But when the bill came (around $400) they asked us to pay since they said it was our idea.
I said we should get together and they chose the place, not us. Her date asked to borrow money from my boyfriend to pay and of course she did not put up a penny. My boyfriend was pissed!

Is this proper? If you ask your friend(s) to get together does that mean you should pay? This does not sound right to me.

I think this was her cop out excuse for him and her. ?????

I've been reading a lot of answers here and over the past week, I've seen more people who can't type than those who can. People don't capitalize, use the correct grammar or syntax and some are quite unreadable! Are people really that stupid? Do they really not know how to write a readable sentence?

I am in 8th grade, and im getting picked on by this kid in the locker room. but just so you know, i dont have an image of a weakling or anyone else that gets easily picked on. first of all, this always happens right here. whenever i open my locker and get ready to get dressed for PE, he usually comes out of no where and shuts my locker. then it slows me down when getting dressed. . second of all, this one time he closed my locker, pushed me, and i fell onto the benches and onto the floor, . third of all, while i was getting dressed for PE, he took off his belt, and kept wacking me for like 3 minutes. it hurt like hell and everyone laughed like it was funny. AND TODAY (this is the part that bothers me the most) he took my PE shorts, threw it , and now i lost it. i have to use MY MONEY to buy a new pair. i dont wanna stand up to to this guy cuz he is strong and has buff friends. And i dont wanna tell authorities cuz ive done that before with other bullies, and it always ends badly

Have you ever received a really bad gift that made you mad or giggle so you wrapped it again and gave it to some one? If so, what was it and who did you give it to and why?

I bought a co worker 2 gift cards one to Best Buy and the Other to The Body Shop for 25$ a piece. Her initial reaction.

"How come it's just in a card it's not even wrapped up or anything I don't even want it."

Then two of my co workers talk to her for 20 minutes to get her to say thank you. Then she sits back down and complains that she doens't know where The Body shop is, and she doens't care it's not what she asked for. Then It n turns out that it is what she asked for she just forgot.

What an ungrateful B*tch. Couldn't even say thank you. Should I offer to take it back or will she complain about that too. Thats all she ever does is complain. It's women like this that make me hesitant to date my OWN women sometimes. Why the F*ck would she do that sh*T?

I am having a moral dilemma: Is it ok to go out on Christmas day? Why or why not? I want you to explain your view. Is it bad to make people work on Christmas day (examples are going to the movies, going out to eat, etc.) or do they like being paid overtime? I have thought about this a lot and thanks in advance for thoughtful answers!
