not sure why you would want to sell cigarettes to anyone ?
nor your guests ? you may on an occasion ? but legally ? you may get into troubles if the word got out .........it is considered like bootlegging..........that is against the law , not my idea ..........))

You would have to have a business license and the appropriate zoning permissions and permits to sell tobacco out of your home. It sounds like a hassle.

No you are not. Especially not from the store bought ones. Its against the law. I bet if you called the Cops they would say no as well.
