What do you do when there is a co-worker trying to start trouble for you for no reason but your boss totally takes her side all the time?

Is she causing trouble for only you or for anyone else?
I ask this because maybe there is 'truth' in numbers. Make an appointment with your boss and take your evidence in with you.
Tell him what's going on. He may or may not believe you, but at least you would have your say.
How bad is the 'trouble'? Is it bad enough you will need to go over his head? Make sure you talk with him first before going on.
You may also need to confront the trouble maker. Tell her you don't like what she's doing and that you are carefully documenting everything. (Don't leave the documentation around where someone can get it an get rid of it)
Any chance of having some mediator or counselor step in to help?
I hope this helps.

Get ready for trouble. First everytime the co-worker does something wrong or says something negative about you , write it down, include witnesses names, time and date for documentation. Don't get into arguements or confrontations with this person because they are trying to make you look bad ESPECIALLY if there are other people around. Just walk away or ignore the person. Go to your human resources department if you have one and file a claim of harrassment against the person and get a copy for your records. Look for the telephone number of the Labor board at your job , there should be a poster up on a bulletin board where the stuff is supposed to be openly displayed. If there isn't one . look in your phone book or call 411. Ask the Labor Board what you can do to stop this person and if you can file a complaint with them against your co-worker and boss. Allso you might just want to find another job because life could continue to be difficult there and you'll just be miserable everytime you go to work.

Document, document, document, and then document again. Who, what. where, when, why, and how did...... Build a case against that person and ur boss cuz u look like u r headed for the firing squad soon. This way u can go to the labor department and plead ur case with surprise documentation including all the above "W's" and How?
Guess who'll win? U might even be able to sue civilly.

Move on, find a new job no matter how good is your salary, it is better to start a new one, instead of being stress all the time. Good luck.
