Oh please, use special little tea cups. DO NOT use bowls as these are designed especially for rice, if you choose to serve a rice dish with tea, chopsticks have many uses other then for eating, they make exceptional hair ornaments (washed of course), & they don't have the same life cycle as the knife/fork does.
Oolong is the more chosen tea in Chinese resturants, but don't serve it in those little stainless steel pots, do have some class when entertaining at home!

Think the best way is a chines bowl, but the risk with these is with people who cannot grip a bowl or if the bowl gets very hot.
