This guy at work, bathes in cologne. It gives everyone a headache, but no one has the guts to tell him anything. Plus you can tell it's the cheap cologne. So what can I do?

He has no hobbies to speak of, he is a laid back guy. He is the president of our little company and just looking for something to give him from the company to say "Thanks". For Admin day (which we are not) he just takes us 2 females out to a nice lunch.

People in the fast lane should move to the right if someone wants to drive faster. Speed limit has nothing to do with it.

Hasn't anyone ever seen the signs that read "Slower traffic keep right"...C'mon people!

reach down and grab the behind? They do it all the time in the movies, even when they are complete strangers, but in real life, it's against the law, and you could be convicted of molestation, so how normal or commonplace is this "move"?

Have you noticed people that people tend to stop and talk in busy doorways? They see someone they know, decide to talk, and stop right next to or in the doorway... I'm not saying they shouldn't talk or that they should ignore people they know...just move out of the doorway, so you don't block everyone else that has someplace to go!! What causes this phenomenon? Is it a lack of courtesy? It is ignorance? Is it a "power" thing ("HA!!, everyone has to wait for me. I'm the boss!!")? What is the deal?

We're celebrating 2 of my friend's bdays tomorrow night, Jane and Meg. Meg picked the restaurant and Kelly and I are the other 2 people going. I am bringing gifts for both Jane and Meg, and they are both giving gifts to each other. I don't know if Kelly is giving either of them gifts, since she came to my birthday dinner empy handed. Since all these gifts are being exchanged, do Kelly and I have to pay for Jane and Meg's dinners too? It's not like we invited them out for dinner, Meg arranged it. Any advice is appreciated.

I really don't like the feeling...I am always honest.
Today, a girl asked me whether she is very ugly. Actually she is the most ugly girl i've ever seen, but I still told her"not at all,you are okay". Simultaneously,my soul told me that she is most ugly.

Should I tell her the truth in rather a indirect way?

I saw a guy pull his bag from the overhead bin and let it fall on the guy in the seat below the bin. Personally, I think that kind of stupidity is a good reason to bring back public hangings.

So if you did something what did you do. All who answer will be granted amnesty and be pardoned for their crimes. Please state the reason for your misdeed - boredom, revenge, proving your manhood and so on. All reaaons are equally valid (or invlide perhaps).

People that talk during the movie are the worst. But I also hate seeing seat savers tie up seats that never get filled.

I am in the UK and there is a current radio debate talking about bad manners.I was always told how to hold a knife and fork correctly, not to leave until everyone had finished and generally how to conduct myself. Do you think this is getting more rare? I think it's the sad truth that it is. Do you have any examples?

I am going to the north-eastern part of India for the first time to meet husband's family. I would like to bring a gift for the young lady (age 16-17) who works in his parents' home.

My husband suggests I should get something special that she wouldn't be able to find in India (and yes, I am aware that in the bigger cities like Mumbai, you can purchase most of the things like we have in the US, but this young lady lives in far from the cities).

I want to give her something she'll love, but I just don't know what! Clothing and/or jewellery probably won't work because the tastes are far too different here and there.

Desi girls, please help me out! This young lady is so sweet, I really want to bring her something that she'll enjoy.
