I wouldn't, I'd just laugh. I would however tell if they had lipstick on their teeth ot flies undone.

This actually did happen to a friend of mine. She was directing a choir at a large church gathering and had gone to the restroom right before taking the podium to direct. She walked up turned around and her skirt was tucked into her panty hose. A nice lady sitting nearby very calmly stood up and untucked my friends skirt and sat back down. There was about 400 people in the audience BEHIND the choir director.

First of all, etiquette exists to minimize others discomfort feeling in the society. Each culture has different way to practice it depends on what is acceptable in that society. In your friend's case, if you should tell her that it depends on where you guys were. If you found that out in a place where she can't fix it immediately (i.e. you found that out while walking on the busy street) you can still let her know that without saying it out loud so others can hear it. Basically, your purpose to let her know of that is not to embarass her in front of other people. I hope this would help.

Yeah of course I would, what about if it happened to you and your friend didn't tell you, you'd be bloomin disappointed and annoyed, obviously you don't know what the word FRIEND means, they can't be your friend if you don't save them from uncalled for embarassment, hope someone does this or something similar, to you in the near future.

I most certainly would after all she would be a friend,but then again i would tell anyone,as wouldn't you liked to be told!rather than people giggling behind you back!!! i know that i would like to be told

lol i was at a restuarant with my sister once and she had this lovely long dress on she got up to get something to eat and was tucked in LOL i didnt get round to telling her until she got back as i was 'saving the table' lol. but then again i did it once, i came out of a toilet totally out of it on holiday in portugal and some kind lady told me before i got to the dancefloor ;-S
