Well let me tell you that 15 years ago I was a miserable, struggling student without a pot to p*ss in. Now however I own a succesful business and have more money than I could ever spend, a stunning wife, 4 massive houses, and a car for each day of the week and I'm as happy as a pig in sh*t.
What does everybody else think?

I have this neighbor I just met a month ago and at first impression was very nice and friendly. Then suddenly she began to just show up at my door for weekday visits when I get home from work (so not a good time), calls me everyday to ask what I'm doing and tries to either get me over to her house or tries to invite herself over. She can see my backyard from her yard so she knows when I'm home or entertaining others. Also, I recently found out she's on anti-depressants so I don't want to be rude and thoughtless when I speak to her but what do I say to get her to respect my privacy? -- Loss for words

I am not saying that nonbody does it anymore, as I certainly do it. It is just becoming more apparent that people are not doing so.

There's always chocolate bars in my office fridge. I don't know who they belong to, but sometimes I can't help taking it. Anyway, today there's a huge bar of dairy milk in there and the temptation to snaffle it is proving too great.

A sister in church told me she might be pregnant she is in her thirties. I told her that there is nothing too big for God.

But she is more concern about how it would look because she is not married and not in a commited relationship.

What else should I tell her? Please keep it real.

Even the greatest minds have great difficulty pondering this age-old dilema...

If you're blind... how do you know when it's time to stop? I mean I look at what I'm getting on the paper and judge it by that... but when you're blind, how do you judge when it's time to stop?

I know that their other senses are heightened... so do they rely on those to figure it out?

I had told my sister that she could have all of my old baby stuff since my husband and I were stopping at 2 children. One month before her baby is born, I have found that we are unexpectantly expecting another child. Do I still owe her all my baby stuff?
Thanks...

I was thinking tonight about how sometimes when I call people I don't actually want to talk to them. However, I also don't want to send them a text message, perhaps because the thing I want them to know is difficult to explain in SMS form but relatively easy to explain in a voice mail. I think it would be cool if there were something I could do (say, push a button or something) that could have our phone call automatically directed to the voice mail instead of just hoping that they don't pick up the phone. What do you think?

i know females feel differently about this, what do you think.

does it depend on the relationship your friend had with this guy?
does it depend on who broke up with who?
ect ect...feel free to add your own terms and conditions... and thoughts!

I don't get it. I often get treated like this at night class. I will try and make a conversation with someone by asking them "how is your weekend?" and they will hear my question, knowing FULL well that I ASKED them, but they will look at someone else and answer as if they were talking to them.
I noticed sometimes when I ask a professor a question, they will look at another student and answer.

No I am not ugly, I am just wondering why they look at someone else to answer instead of me.
Why do people do this?

If someone asked me something, I would look at the person who asked and answer, not someone else.

Was it rude that i got a little too drunk at my best friends birthday party and passed out the whole night on the floor drunk and missed her whole birthday party? She had this whole bar set up at her house where everyone could fix there own drinks so i helped myself to a few beverages and i admit that. And so i got a little drunk and passed out for a few hours. And so after the party was over and everyone was gone, i woke up from the floor and she confronted me and she was like how could you do this to me i thought you were my best first friend and you go and get drunk and pass out and spend my entire birthday party on the floor passed out and i was like what i was just trying to have some fun and she was like you call getting drunk and passing out on my floor drunk for the whole night and missing my entire party fun and i was like ok ya i admit i had too much to drink and i make a mistake cant i make a mistake and she was like whatever and now i feel rude, am i?

So, I have this friend, & shes great, we love to hang out and stuff! We both had our owns cars until hers completely died. When we hung out, we would take turns driving, & it was a nice little arrangment. Ever since her car died, I've been doing all the car pooling....driving us to the mall, driving us to eat, all that. But, its starting to take a strain. Gas is already expensive, & it dosent help when you have an older car, & your a broke college student (not to mention its annoying, & driving isnt my favorite thing!) She cant afford a new car [folks cant buy one for her], & she recently told me she has no interest in buying another if she had the funds (she takes the bus to work, & her parents wont let her use THEIR cars!) She cant get rides anywhere b/c everyone in her house is always working!

i dont know what to do. should I ask her to help w/ gas? encourage her to buy a new car? Is she abusing the privlege? I dont think she'd do that! I dont wanna stop hanging out! HELP!
