When Lindsey sleeps on her Select Confort bed, she doesn't snore. But don't let her fall asleep on the couch or worse yet the floor - with or without the Pizza Hut worker. If you do, be prepared to sleep in the garage or car to avoid the noise.

I would suggest the Pizza Hut worker bring home some old bread sticks and jam them up her nose. Have him use some of the dipping sauce as well, it makes a good seal around the nostrils.

Breathe Right strips. I told my husband two years ago to try the strips OR I wanted my own room! He chose the strips, it was cheaper, and I had to get used to not hearing him even breathe while sleeping, that's how much of a difference they made! And, I don't understand how, but now he doesn't need them all the time. Good luck.
