i recently attended a wedding weekend with multiple functions given by groups of friends of the bride and groom, and wonder if I should write a thank you note to each giver, or just the one to whom I RSVP'd Thanks

a man should wear a tie w/a long sleeve shirt & a suit which could kill you in a hot & humid day? But its more of the tie that got me thinking, you loop around your neck quite tightly, for what? to look good????

basically i dont have much to type, but it comes down to this. She was my 1st girl nothing major, lasted a couple of days its just something to laugh about now. Havent seen her for years, out of the blue she calls me and we start to hang out. I ask her to hang out 1 on 1, and call it a 'friendship date' and that im not trying to further the sexual relationship side of it.

At bars we usually go with a total of 4 people, and she never sticks around me for long. After the bars we were supposed to meet, one time she said she got pulled over by the cops, the other time she said she would call later, ended up being 30 min later. but i was already at some other friends house.
She called me about 3 times before i finally called her today. 3 days go by no call, I call her to chill, she says shes sick but later on to call, i call later on and she says its too late but shes having a party tomorrow to call her and that i can bring friends if I want.

My question is, what is my next move?

Yes, I was a teenager once, and did this on occasion, but I figured by now they would be taught the way to act like a lady.
Not like I am super old, but it is better to be who you are then try to act like ..well I won't go there.

I guess the world will keep getting worse in these types of situations.

This guy. Not interested in him in the very least, and never gave the impression I was. I thought he seemed cool as an acquaintance, so I have let him call and email me a couple of times. I should tell you that he gives off raging gay vibes, so I didn't think I had anything to worry about. However, this idiot apparently has a little crush on me, and a Jekyl & Hyde personality. He sends nice emails, but then calls and says disgusting things. I tactfully tell him that I am offended, and he laughs and says it was just a joke. I have taken the blunt approach and told him in no uncertain terms to "F" off, and he acts like I'm the one being a b*tch. He whines and calls me "baby", which I find repulsive and creepy. I have decided to ignore him, but of course, he sends nasty little emails. I don't want to give him him the impression that he matters enough to offend me. So my question at this point is, who can I hire to whack him, and how much.

(J/K about that last part.)

i went to have coffee ( iced tea for me) with my dad today and all his friends hit on me. the first one was talking like we were gonna get married and the last one is very wealthy and he asked me to move in with him and started talking about sex and playing a womans hirmonica....eeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what should i have said? what would you say or do? my dad didnt hear what they said and i didnt want to tell him.....

Today was my boyfriends B-day! Well he has to work early in the morning but is off the following day.(Sunday) So, he decided to call his friend to see if he wanted to hang out and play some cards and drink a few beers on Saturday night. So after he invites HIM, he hears him ask his girlfriend if she wants to go over there and hang out with us tomorrow. Now, I have an extreme dislike for this girl. (Maiinly due to the way she treats our friend and how she acts drunk, not to mention sober) Now, I can't be rude but how do we tell him NO about her. We wouldn't be mad if he didn't come but we just don't want her to ruin our night. What do we say to him?

I just loaned a friend , whom I only see about once every two years, 200 dollars and he put his pool cue up as colateral. Now he calls me and wants to change it to a straight loan and wants his cue back , I told him no way a deal is a deal if you want the cue give me the 200.What would you do.

if you want to respond to them or "tell them where to go" you can't because they can't be "contacted" ....so then you have to go to one of their questions and respond to them there. You look dumb because your remark is totally off the subject of that question. I've done that. I wonder if that witch is still around acting like she knows everything about everything and everyone and everyone should listen to her!?
