Bees are unable to strike. The Beehive Association have strict guidelines, and holding a strike is expressly forbidden.
If you break the rules you could get stung with a hefty fine.
Most bees don't bother trying anymore. The Beehive association tell them to buzz off if they have any complaints.
As a wise Bee once said, they don't make flowers like they used to.

Strikes are annoying, and that's pretty much the point. We need to support people who are asking for fairer treatment or the corporate machine will continue to expand it's coffers at the expense of the working class.
If a strike causes you problems, think how bad the world would be without that service at all, it must therefore be important enough to be worth decent pay, conditions or pensions.
