Coincidence or Miracle?

Have you ever experienced something that felt like so much more then just coincidence, that it felt as if it was a miracle from the Divine? What is a Miracle? Is there such thing? Do Pagans Believe in Miracles?

How is it that we stray so much during the day. Our mind is like a sheep wandering here and there.. Touching the flesh.. touching the world.. just wandering all over. I was really appreciating that there is a shepherding One in our spirits. Our Lord Jesus. His sheep hear and know His voice. He bids us to come back to the green pasture and still waters of our spirit where He is.
2 Tim 4:22 says
" The Lord be with your spirit; Grace be with you"
I just love this verse.
He is near and dear to us.. but not always do we stay with Him.
Stay with Him when we are about to loose our temper.Or fall once again to our besetting sin. When we find ourselves being fashioned according to this age. So many things pulling and drawing us away from this Lord.
Please share of your day to day experiences of learning to " stay with the Lord' through all your day's ups and downs.
Romans 8:6
For the mind set on the flesh is death. But the mind set on the spirit is life and peace"

I have a very small bottle that is about 2 inches or less in length. It is somewhat round at the bottom and about 1 inch or so wide. The name "Baby Tears" is embossed right into the bottle. I have had it for a long time. Just looking for a general time period, or if there is someone out there who might know anything about the Baby Tears name on the bottle and what it was. Thanks...

There's more of us then you think...Who are the Pagans?
I thought this would be a cute idea to share what we do with everyone, basically many people don't realize that witches, pagans, and wiccans, live amongs them, they are the same as everyone else. What jobs do you do? What is your profession? Are there others working along side you?
Is it easy to pick pagans out amongs the crowds of people we see everyday? Share a little about yourself, your careers, your homes, your life! Who are the Pagans?

I watched a CNN special and these women from the Middle east were burning themselves to protest their hopelessness with their abusive husbands. What the H__ is that all about ? How is that changing things for you to burn yourself ? I would rather think that making him one of the girls ( if you know what I mean ) would alter his thinking a bit. Im sure he would treat me better and just think of the new job opps for him singing soprano in the local opera house.

As party politics seems so close to 50/50, I can only think both Dems and RePubs are on the wide path

Should we look one more time at how wide is that wide path and how narrow is that narrow gate

Here's the scene: we're driving, and he notices my Esso Speedpass, which is a little device containing an RFID chip which you wave in front of a panel on the gas pump, you pump your gas and away you go...your credit card is automatically charged. He said, without cracking a smile, that the device is the mark of the beast, something about the end times and advanced technology. I waited for the punchline but he was quite serious, and he learned about it in church apparently.

Just wondering?
The BIble was always attacked as talking about the end times and non-believers have always mocked it as being superstitious- now they see the environmental changes as prophesied why do they still think all that's happening is not from the God of the Bible?

It is written in Luke 21, “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and
perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea."
Reports from UN and EU environmental experts have all agreed that the seas are getting rougher and more dangerous.
When they see these further signs in the sun and moon, will they then repent?
The argument used to be the Jews had not returned to the land, but now that prophesy has been fulfilled for over 50 years, what more proof do these people need before they too repent?

that you cant do without it?

Dont say "eternal salvation" unless you can support your claims with facts

Example

FACT- The ocean is composed of water

ASSUMPTION- Jesus is the son of god.

Facts always retain more value than assumptions because they are verifiable. There is no free pass for christians and muslims from that

There are several questioners asking if religious belief is common since. As we see similur behahior among other species, as cats and other animals are partial to color material, elephaants bury their dead; and yhou, if they think you are dead, and that beliefs are more universsal than none-beliefs, would this weigh religion as natural, more than nurtured?
Also, I have read almost the same ideas in far separated cultures, as the story of the fox/tiger and the poisonious crearture-one Jewish in Europe, and the other Taoest, in China. Also, language is very similur across many cultures, as ryah-see in hebrew and reia, in spanish. There is something working to bring the human race together, and the evedence is that each one of us possesses a part of the solution. One name for this solution is salvation, as again, evedenced in many cultures.
Main thing to remember is to do the best "I" cn, to do Will, not to try and take His place. Live your the best by His way you can.

I'm really lonely a lot and it's been a while for me since i've had a date, it's been pretty much never that i've had a serious girlfriend and it's been a long time since i've had a casual girlfriend. I also don't always have people to hang out with all the time. I feel lonely sometimes because I'm really a great and interesting guy but so many people are missing out on me, and I'm going to waste. I often want to confide into people that i'm just lonely, that i need a friend, or maybe that i'm desperate, but desperation turns people off. Too often i feel like i can't say what i want to say, and it frustrates me to not be able to communicate. When I have one of those "moments" with a girl, that makes me thrilled beyond belief because i rarely have those, but to the girl, who is possibly prettier than I am, it's no big deal so i have to act like it's no big deal to me, because coming on too strong, is like the biggest sin. Or is depseration the least desirable thing in dating/social?
