If you are too tired to listen to the sermon and participate in church, then you should not go. It is very disrespectful to God to sleep when you should be worshipping him. After all, that is the main purpose of going to church.

well not when the pastor is preaching but like after ya totally i have to do it all the time cause my mom helps out at the church a lot. ps. is ur pastor boring because mine is so good i couldnt sleep if i wanted to lol

Strictly speaking, it's disrespectful. Some quiet meditating and reflecting, I think, is appropriate. It does depend on the environment, however.
