I am Pagan...I work as a nurse, attend events of the Society for Creative Anachronism. I am a military veteran (I was a medic in the Navy, and was Pagan then, too), and I have worked in restaurants and in security.
You can not pick me out of a crowd...I rarely wear a pentagram or other identifying jewelry, and I wear decent, off the shelf clothing.
I can sometimes spot other Pagans by their jewelry, but many wearing such jewelry are more interested in shocking people than in practicing Paganism.

I am a professional comic book colorist -- I do work for Marvel Comics, among other companies. My university degree is in Honors English with a minor in Philosophy.
I mostly work alone (except for my husband, who is a penciller/inker) in my home studio, using FTP to transfer files to and from my clients. My contact with them is primarily by email. My religion has never come up, but there are a fair number of Pagans in the comics industry, so if it ever did I don't expect there would be any problem with it.
When I am out and about shopping, having coffee with friends, etc, I wear a subtle pentacle necklace so that other Wiccans and Pagans can identify me. I also do "Pagan PR", appearing in the local newspapers and on the radio when I'm called upon to do so, especially at Samhain.
So I suppose I'm not really a very good example of the "unknown Pagan in the cubicle next to yours" :-). But I'm one face of Paganism, certainly.
EDITED TO ADD: onyx1, this is NOT "the Christian section" -- this is an open religions forum. We are as entitled to be here as you are.

I am... currently I'm a full-time student. A few of my classmates are pagan as well, but we generally aren't a "united" force of friends. My life is normal, and anything but normal at the same time. I go to school over 40 hours a week, and the rest of my time I'm doing homework or squeezing in some online time. I feel that I want a career in the science field- I'll probably become an MD or some sort of environmental engineer.
onyx1: This is NOT a Christian section. It's a religion and spirituality section, meaning that anyone who wishes to discuss religion or spirituality is welcome. Paganism is a category of religions. Therefore, we have just as much the right to be here as anyone. (and by the way, warlock is an offensive term, it means oath-breaker)

I have been a Traditional Witch for 13 of my 32 years. I'm married and have a 16-month old baby girl. I'm a licensed cosmetologist, but for now I'm a stay-at-home mom. I studied literature/writing in college and am an aspiring writer. I live in the infamous Bible Belt of the American Southeast, so I'm pretty much a broom-closet witch--at least to my Christian family. My husband and friends know and accept it, but living where I do, other Pagans, especially traditional/non-wiccan witches, aren't easy to find so I have to practice solitary.
: Onyx1, this is not a "christian only" section. We have just as much right to be here as you do. If you want to know about paganism, go to http://www.beliefnet.com or http://www.witchvox.com

I've been married almost 20 years... I'm a mother of two teenagers... a cheerleader mom... and a secretary for the county government... there are at least two other pagans who work in the same office and I doubt you'd ever be able to pick me out of the crowd as a pagan.
EDIT: Onyx... if you truly want to know what we believe, just ask. We are just as religious as any other group however, and belong here just as much as everyone else. Also... if it isn't considered "chatting" when a question begins "Christians Only", it can't be considered chatting when a question is asking for pagan input.

I'm a pagan!
I started getting into witchcraft at the early age of 14, since then I've been a practitioner. I'm now 21 years old, I live at home with my parents and currently attend college. I live, eat, dress, act, and love to hang out with friends just like everyone else does :) I also happen to have 2 dogs, a cat, a sugar glider, and some snails.
My name is Danni too, by the way. Heh.

I am a city-dwelling Wiccan. I don't have a job right now, but am looking. I'm engaged to a wonderful man who provides for the both of us. I do not want children. I have an "almost degree" in English. I wish I could find more Pagans/Wiccans in my area.
EDIT: Get over yourself onyx1. If you'll read what's actually there, this section is called "Religion & Sprituality" Nowhere does it imply that this forum is soley Christian.

Hi, I'm 44 years old, married to a wonderful man (who's agnostic) and am a Hedge Witch with one pussycat (Chloe) who is the apple of my eye, having not been blessed with children by the Lady.
I'm a solicitor and work a 12 hour day five days a week.
My colleagues know I'm pagan - one's a Catholic, one's Muslim and one's an atheist. We all get on great and talk about our faiths a lot - understanding without trying to convert one another!
If only the whole world could be like my office it would be much happier!

You're assmuming everyone is out of the broom closet and this is not the case.
I am a practicing Witch for many years. I am the wife of a gorgeous, talented musician who is also a Witch (never call him a warlock -- that means oath-breaker or liar), business owner, writer, herbalist, rock climber, Mead drinker, and animal-rights activist among many other hats that I wear. I am open about who I am and wear my Pentacle of Lilith outside my clothes. I have found that my friends don't care one bit what religion I am -- they loved me before they knew and they love me after. As I always say about my religion, "Those who matter don't care and those who care don't matter."
Edit >>>Onyx1, YES you are missing something. Educate yourself on Witchcraft and Wicca and you will realize that they are religions. I know you are having a hard time realizing that there are more than just YOUR religion but, yes, it is indeed true. As far as asking only Pagans to answer, well, it only pertains to us. How many times have I seen questions that start out "Christians...or Christians only...", but I guess that's perfectly acceptable to you. And there are Pagans here...many are Witches, but I've seen no warlocks. (The definitition of "warlock" is "liar or oathbreaker". Those are usually of another religion.)
