I've received an email that says
"The teachings of the Mormon cult are doctrinally and theologically in complete opposition to the Absolute Truth of God's Word. There is no common ground. If Mormonism is true, then the Christian faith is a complete lie. There has never been any question from the moment Smith's cult began that it was a work of satan and those who follow their false teachings will die and spend eternity in hell."

I was thinking and I've noticed that there is something illogical. You see, the name by which you refer to God, well not the name itself but your attitude towards it. I can ask you now how do you call God and you would tell me Jehovah but what I want to know is how do you pronounce it in different languages? I've noticed that in my country it is more like Yehhova. The real question would be if the name is SO important wouldn't it be logical that that is the same name in every language, pronounced the same everywhere?

Non JW can, of course, write there own opinions.

To be resurrected and ascend into Heaven after a few days doesn't seem like much of a sacrafice for a diety.

Do you think we'll 'comply' with this suggestion?

I know I won't.

I have always thought so, but just lately, I’ve begun to question this. The human race has amassed quite a lot of knowledge and has an achieved an extensive understanding of the principles of our universe but how many of us actually know this stuff? How many of us actually use this knowledge in their day to day lives? It’s not possible to get an accurate figure on this but I personally doubt it would be much more than 10% of the world’s population. So that means the vast majority of us are more or less completely ignorant of an incredible amount of knowledge and instead watch TV, download porn, go shopping, socialize and believe in the same weird stuff that people have been believing in for the last 2000 freakin’ years! I mean, the only way out of this age of ignorance is if people in the future actually develop a need to learn and understand all this knowledge, but what are the chances of that happening?

See men can be blonde too.........!!!!
Blonde guy gets home early from work and hears strange noises coming from
the bedroom.
He rushes upstairs to find his wife naked on the bed, sweating and panting.
"What's up?" he says. "I'm having a heart attack," cries the woman.
He rushes downstairs to grab the phone, but just as he's dialling, his
4-year-old son comes up and says:
"Daddy! Daddy! Uncle Ted's hiding in your closet and he's got no clothes on!"
The guy slams the phone down and storms upstairs into the bedroom, past his
screaming wife and rips open the wardrobe door.
Sure enough, there is his brother, totally naked, cowering on the closet
floor.
"You rotten ba@@ard," says the husband, "my wife's having a heart attack
and you're running around naked scaring the kids!"

when jesus gave charge to the disciples to go and heal, there was a certain man who's son they could not.

jesus told that the cause was lack of faith.

this shows us that god allows people to suffer because of their lack of faith.

so, when your grandma gets cancer, she deserved it, because her faith was not strong enough.

is this the reality? no

the reality is this: jesus is a wannabe healer who blamed his inability to heal on the sufferer for not having faith.

is this is a certain demonstration that jesus healed by placebo effect?

Placebo effect is the term applied by medical science to the therapeutical and healing effects of inert medicines and/or ritualistic or faith healing manipulations which may have a therapeutical effect based solely on the power of suggestion.

is this why jesus always excused his failures by saying "ye have little faith"?
