why isn't God releasing the cure for cancer and AIDS yet?

God knows it all, he loves us all and why doens't he give us the cure?

God has already given man the cure for all of those things..but noone will listen because this world is such a ignorant place,the goverment knows all the secrets but then again if you had cancer or aids theres people that need there medicines to be sold and there doctors that need to get payed..of course there not going to use those cures

There is no God... just man can help mankind and at the present time number of medical researches are trying to develop cures for such deceases. There was a time when people thought that all the decease should be cured under the God's will (if there is such) but all we did was throughout the history was that one great man among us found the cure from his/her imagination.

You know what the cure for AIDS is, right? We already HAVE the cure.

AIDS is generally caused by one of three things:
1. Homosexual sex between two men. I'm not just making this up. There are statistics on this. Homosexual men are MUCH more likely to contact HIV/AIDS.

2. Injection drug use (with dirty needles)
3. Promiscuous heterosexual sex

There are some cases of AIDS being passed on from the mother to the child, and a few that contracted AIDS from blood transfusions, but neither would be likely if a person avoided all three of the things most likely to cause AIDS. And contracting AIDS by blood transfusions aren't very likely in the U.S. anyway, because of the screening process.

So, you don't want to contract AIDS? Okay:
1. Don't have homosexual sex.
2. Don't use dirty needles.
3. Don't have sex with someone who contracted HIV/AIDS from having promiscuous sex, homosexual sex, or dirty needles.
4. Get tested for STDs at least every six months while sexually active, and have all potential partners tested as well.
5. USE PROTECTION!!!!

As far as cancer goes, if it's detected early enough, it CAN be cured...in most cases. And some forms of cancer are almost preventable; for example, lung cancer. Don't want lung cancer? Don't smoke, and don't be around others who smoke. There. You just cut your chances down to almost nil.

Where mankind fails, God sometimes intervenes. I know people who were cured of cancer. I don't know anyone who was cured of AIDS, but I do know of people whose lifetimes were lengthened because of treatments they have for AIDS...and they obtained the money for said treatments by miraculous means.

In all truth, I've only met one person in my life who had AIDS. Guess how he got it? Yup, homosexual sex, and dirty needles. Go figure.

Then some illiterate people came along and made him a loving deity that hung his son on a cross. A deity that knows everything from the begiining of time to the end of time that won't lift a little finger [for lack of a better expression] to help all the believers.

How can a delusion heal anything . No God no cure unless man comes up with it on his own .

We have cured the plague and we can stop the locusts and we can even cast out spirits from the poor epileptics so often thought to be possesed .

Funny how just a hundred years ago the bible was the word of God and everything happened just like it was written .

the only way u can get aids is from ppl that have it from these four body fluids

blood
breast milk
semen
vaginal fluids

okay...there is no god??

just a guess....

1. Many more individuals are born than can possibly survive, thus there is competition for limited resources

2. Within this vast number there is variation, and because of this variation some of these individuals will have an advantage--however slight--over others

3. The ones who have the advantages are more competitive and thus they are more likely to obtain the limited resources

4. The ones who are succeeding in securing the limited resources are more likely to reproduce and thus pass onto their offspring the more competitive traits

BTW.....why does anyone pray?? Doesnt God already know everything and doesnt he control everything??

Does the person who prays the most get the most?? Is it a contest with God?? Does he keep score??

It occurs to me that praying is very selfish b/c God already knows it all and controls it all, so it makes no sense to me....unless of course God is just pure fiction....mmmmmm....



BTW....if God is a miracle worker and cures cancer if you pray....then why did he give that person the cancer?? just to teach him the value of prayer??

Why do we pray if God is all powerful....won't he do all the controlling of the outcome anyway?? Occurs to me that praying is very selfish...God will make up his own mind right??

Perhaps God is not the one keeping these things secret. Perhaps the problem is there is not profit in natural cures.

Because we are not ready yet. I think it was put in place to control population. We are smart enough to live longer than ever before, but not to reproduce less.
Until we can come up with a way we all can humanely control the population explosion then there is almost a need to have those diseases that kill.
