yes. I believe that we are destined to do certain things. But we have the power to make sure that they will happen. So I believe in destiny, but "within our control destiny".

Actually I don't believe in destiny but the world seems to be trying to convince that there is.

Not all people were predestinated by God but only those special persons who would have special duty to fulfill. Such those leaders chosen by God to rule, lead or prophecy to God's people.
An example is Prophet Jeremiah
Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV)
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
The Levitican Priests
Hebrews 7:5

But the ordinary people like us make our own destiny but it is the Lord that directs us to the right path.

yes i do bro.....you earn everything in life you are meant to....you lose everything in life which are there to lose.....we do moan about what we lost but its of no use....bcoz if it happened it was meant to happen.....u cant change whats in your destiny....just accept the way things come to you....and be prepared for the upcomings.....
the best way to be happy in life is by not expecting too much out of life so in this way if u get even the smallest of the things....u will b delighted about that....bcoz u wasnt expecting...and it came to you....it will make you happy....and make you believe in ur destiny....
