Twas the Night Of The Rapture!

Twas the night of the rapture and all through the house; Not a creature was praying, not even mouse. Their Bibles were lain on the shelf with great care; in hopes that Lord Jesus would never be there. The children were dressing to crawl into bed; Never taught about kneeling or bowing a head. And Mom in her rocker with baby on lap; Was watching the "Late Show" while I took a nap. When out of the East there arose trumpet chatter; I sprang to my feet to see what's the matter. Away to the window I flew like a flash; Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash! Then what to my wondering eyes should appear; But angels proclaiming that Jesus was near. With a light like the sun changing night into day; I know in a moment, "There's only one way!" The light on His face made me cover my head; This was Jesus returning just like He said. I seem that once the holiday came around all people want to do it eat and party. Then once it has passed they are depressed that things haven't turn out the way that they have planned them to. I get depressed because it is just look like know one really know the true meaning of Thangsgiving or Christmas or Easter it just all about food parting and sex too

I'm 5'2. Petite...and Asian .

It doesn't help that I have European friends who are like 5'10 + model height and their boyfriends are even bigger. I feel SO SMALL. I hate it.

Are there any steroids petite women can take ?

I had other friends ask me " Well did you ever think they want to be like you instead ?" Ummmm... NO.

I feel that petite women are not taken seriously and even sometimes treated like a child.

Being petite SUCKS.

Ok, I sent a mail to some friends, and one has dared me to share it on the senior page. Here goes then! lol

A new employee was hired at the Tickle Me Elmo factory and she reported for her first day promptly at 8 a.m.

At 8:45 a.m. there was a knock at the Personnel Manager's door. The Foreman from the assembly line throws open the door and began to rant about the new employee. He complained that she was incredibly slow and the whole line is backing up, putting the entire production line behind schedule.

The Personnel Manager decided he should see this for himself, so the two men marched down to the factory floor. When they get there the line is so backed up that there were Tickle Me Elmo's all over the factory floor and they were really beginning to pile up.

At the end of the line stood the new employee surrounded by mountains of Tickle Me Elmo's. She had a roll of plush red fabric and a huge bag of small marbles.
