Where I work, City Officials have changed the Christmas Tree Lighting announcement to Holiday Tree Lighting. But they mentioned Menorah and Kwanzaa on the same announcement.

Christmas Tree. If you are celebrating a holiday other than Christmas than a tree isn't part of the celebration. So there is no need for a "Holiday" Tree.

Christmas Tree. Here is why:
An evergreen tree symbolizes God's everlasting love. The lights represents stars of the heavens, and a big star on top represents the one the Wise men followed to see baby Jesus.

Christmas Tree, there are no other religious (or comercial) holidays that use an ever green tree as far as i know

Christmas tree, we are big on them, have one in each room, but we decorate with natural things, feathers pine cones, and bows.
