Is it not that everyone should have knowledge of everything. So if it is like a test and the reincarnation question comes up, the person that did not choose to believe will not know about it.

Believing in reincarnation is not required, If it is true,all will be treated based on their spiritual development or morality. Reincarnation of the continuous type, keeps one in the reality of this universe, not allowing for escape. It respect the value of overcoming hardship and taking on the challenge of life, and how this brings out the most in the human spirit and human potential. One is forced to dig down deep, and pull out your inner resources.

When they die, the electro-chemical activity in the brain stops and the personality ceases to exist, much the same way that it happens with people who do believe in reincarnation, resurrection, and those who believe that tap-dancing is the greatest American art form.
