Will you be ready ?

Twas the Night Of The Rapture!

Twas the night of the rapture and all through the house; Not a creature was praying, not even mouse. Their Bibles were lain on the shelf with great care; in hopes that Lord Jesus would never be there. The children were dressing to crawl into bed; Never taught about kneeling or bowing a head. And Mom in her rocker with baby on lap; Was watching the "Late Show" while I took a nap. When out of the East there arose trumpet chatter; I sprang to my feet to see what's the matter. Away to the window I flew like a flash; Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash! Then what to my wondering eyes should appear; But angels proclaiming that Jesus was near. With a light like the sun changing night into day; I know in a moment, "There's only one way!" The light on His face made me cover my head; This was Jesus returning just like He said. And though I possessed wisdom and wealth; I cried when I saw Him in spite of myself. The Bo

The Rapture will never happen, as with many other things Religion, or more specifically Christianity teaches.
Judgement Day - No. Resurrection - No. Jesus returning - No (See later note *), etc etc.

Christianity claims to know 'everything' and then teaches us, it's 'rubbish' - because they have to teach us something... don't they? Because they know everything. Only that it turns out to be junk - in the meantime, they have their power and control over us, and build their kingdoms here on Earth. Witness the Vatican and the various church buildings, etc built...

Note - *
Jesus Christ is a myth - though it is Jesus the prophet that holds the key, to anything truthful about Christianity.
It is through knowing the original, unedited story that you get to know what lessons Jesus had for us.
See 'The Talmud Jmmanuel' text..
www.tjresearch.info/overview.htm
also the British documentary "Did Jesus Die?"
which outlines the above information, without making references to the Talmud Jmmanuel. ie. They present the same information.

In the blink of an eye, it"s bye bye and up in the sky ! Gone for awhile and the Earth will be renewed. Then return in a glorified body as a heavenly dude ! Eternal heaven on Earth no more evil, nasty or rude !

I'm sure your family will be happy that the annoying preachy kid is taken away. But I'd be more on the lookout for guys in white coats than a guy in a white robe.

Good luck, good riddance. I'm not Xian but I pray for the day when and if you all get swept away. Maybe then we could actually get something positive done around here.

I doubt it. I am like most other people, selfish and think I have forever...when in reality, no I don't. You never know when Jesus will return, but he will....it is written..

Shall I type the words to "I Wish We'd All Been Ready"?

Actually, that was sad, but true.

This is a great poem, did you hear this somewhere or did you make it up? I love this and I'm not quite sure if I'm ready yet.
