Should it be allowed?

What are its pros/cons?

If God showed you he is real by just "showing" up his very presence would destroy you because his presence destroys sin. For Christians, his appearance will transform them because they have given him permission to do so and all sin will be removed from them. People who don't accept Christ would be destroyed by his showing up. So isn't it more merciful the way he is going about it? Asking you to listen to his thousands and even millions of witnesses and see for yourself he is real by receiving him, talking to him, asking him into your "heart" (soul)? And on Judgement day, how much evidence will he be able to show you that you deliberately chose to believe liars and hecklers instead of his people? will he find you spend your time thinking up ways to Mock him or did you search for evidence he is really there? Did you seek him? Be sure you are careful with your eternal destiny and not careless! Does that make sense? Is that Logical enough? Do you understand he is Holy? Your soul is eternal

I mean, he knew that Satan (formerly Lucifer), would eventually rebel, and deceive mankind. And on top of all that, he would have send his son to die a slow and painful death on a cross to save us. And then to make things more difficult, mankind would have to accept Christ and follow in his footsteps (which is extremely difficult), in order to actually make it to Heaven. So basically one must surrender his life, and give up most of his free time in order to be saved, thus making him/her an irritable, lonely individual with no time for fun, and no way of knowing when he will be taken "home" to Heaven. And on top of that, he/she will have to spend time in Heaven battling the forces of darkness and evil, as Heaven is never described as a celestial retirement home.

Last night I asked a question about "bullies" and how we could identify them. After reading the answers, I realized (for the first time in my life) that I am a "bully" .... and I don't like being one. (I am too bossy in everything I do.)

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AujyPKUXl.3GN6fGHuExu23sy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071130191515AADGA1m

1. Please suggest how I can change that part of my "mind set". Example give me your philosophy of life that helps you not to be a bully.

2. While I am trying to change that part of my personality, please give me a suggestion on how to guard against being a bully in my daily life. -- maybe a few catch phrases that will remind me to let others know I respect their "freedom of choice".

(This is really embarassing, but R/S has the smartest people I have ever known --- if you can't help me, no one can.)

I may not be asking this right, but there a lot of folks who blame religion for much of the viloence and unrest in the world today. I don't go to a church because I chose not to, but I do believe Christ died for my sins and I read God's word. Is all this condemnation of religion due to the false or erronious teaching in our churches today?

Do you believe in the "it must be true because so many people can't be wrong" argument?

Hmm...Let's put it to use.

So many people say that Bernie is a wonderful guy. BUT behind closed doors, Bernie likes to sexually assault women.

But so many people say that Bernie is a wonderful guy SO "so many people can't be wrong."

For a project I have to come up with a consumer product that has negative consequences (For example, a skateboard with rockets lol) but you're trying to sell it anyway.

For some reason I'm finding it hard to brainstorm teenager-appealing products of today..
Preferably, it would be teenager products that appeal to like ALL types of teens/cliques (athletic kids, arts-y kids, boys, girls, etc lol) and please don't name the ipod lol

Here's the premise:

You open the door to a room.
You observe a cat sleeping in a corner.
You close the door, then open it again five minutes later.
You observe that the cat still there, but is now sleeping in a different corner.

How do you explain this?

A) God did it by levitating the sleeping cat.
B) It’s possible that the cat woke up, wandered over to the other corner, and fell asleep again.

I know there's alot of these questions out, but alot of them are for people who have been going out for like 2 months or a year and a half or something. I've been with my boyfriend for 9 months, 10 this 18th. He's 17, and I'm fifteen. I'm not sure what to get him. I was thinking a cd with a bunch of songs on it and maybe a picture frame with the last letters in his last name all photoshoped and such. But I feel like there could be a better idea. Any suggestions?

I've been called a loser, many times. Well mostly by my friend(s) but I do not understand what it means exactly... I mean, I think that I'm doing very well and I don't see what I could possibly be missing in my life (as a so-called "loser" or "no-life" probably does, and IF I am I can do well without it if someone understood my point there). So my question is: What makes someone a loser?

I mean, is it 'loserish' to be any of these things: smart, conscientious, caring, a little different, humorous etc...
The term seriously seems to have many different meanings, so I'm not saying that it is just someone who likes video games, computers, being nerdy, enjoying weird things... I really hope someone understands what I'm trying to say LOL =)

So, What do YOU think a loser means?
