No. I'm 47 with a full head of red hair.......people refer to me as being very even tempered, very calm in wild situations, etc.

Every red-head I've known very well was on a short-fuse. That includes my mother, a brother, a best friend, and a work mate.

i like to think so becasue my son is red headed but i do know a adult male who is red headed and he is the coolest guy ever and funny not tempered at all

No, this is a generalization or stereotype. It is true that redheads are a mutation and may likely disapear in the next 100 years or so.

Some do, some don't. Pubic hair is not automatically the same color as the hair on your head. From my observations though, the pubic hair matching eyebrows theory is usally correct though.
