Now, Timothy had great respect for Peter for sure, but he his never instructed to bow to Peter as the Final Authority of The Body of Christ. Paul instructs Timothy to hold fast to the Scriptures and all that he was taught since he was young. In doing so, Timothy would have been in harmony with ALL the Apostles, not just Peter.

Also, where does Peter himself ever claim to be the Head Elder or Bishop? Clearly, in 1 Peter 5:1-4, Peter refers to himself as "an elder" not The Elder. Peter places himself on the same level as the other elders he is addressing, and they all have the same job and authority...To Feed the Flock. Peter goes on to say that they, including himself, are not to Lord over that which has been entrusted to them, but are to be Examples.

Clearly, the Pope Lords himself over the church. Not in as a "dictator", but clearly as one having some kind of exalted authority over ALL the Church, and is only superseded by God. When does Peter ever give this to a man?

Recently I got the opportunity to do a bible study on the spirit of the believer. One of the Key functions of the spirit is the conscience. We also have two other functions, the fellowship and intuition.
One thing that stood out to me about the conscience is that in order to have proper fellowship with the Lord we need to have a transparent conscience. If our conscience disapproves or judges us then we need to be those taking the blood of the Lord Jesus to cleanse us. What I noticed is that if my conscience is darkened by any kind of sin or offences then my fellowship of the Lord is affected. This in turn affects my intuition.. this part of my spirit that causes it to have a certain sense related to God. Its through the intuition that we can have God reveal things and matters pertaining to spiritual. The intuition also gives us a direct sense of things related to God and ourselves.
SO we come back to the conscience.How does the word speak of this part of our spirit?

Eve gained the knowlede of "right and wrong" or "good and evil" AFTER she partook of the fruit.
She did not know she was doing wrong before she ate of the fruit.
How can she be held guilty?
She was ignorant when she ate it, her eyes were not opened until AFTER she partook.

Ok, a little deductive reasoning for a Saturday morning:

The murderous, genocidal God of the Old Testament - the God of the Jews - is the same God in the Christian New Testament, but with 1/3 the killing and slaughter of a regular God.

The God of Islam is a murderous and genocidal God much like the Jews.

But ... since, there's only one God, it appears that the Islamic God is the same as the Christian God, but without the prozac.

Make sense?

There are many problems to do with transport in the modern world. As population numbers increase, the demands on road, rail, sea and air connections between cities also increase. As the volume of passenger transport and goods transport increases, more trains, boats and planes are needed. This increases the strain on existing roads, ports and airports. One could build more roads and airports but as well as being expensive, they use up precious land and contribute to atmospheric pollution. Increasing the number of vehicles imposes pollution problems themselves. Even if people reduce their personal travel to a minimum, transport of food and manufactured goods still has to be provided. At the moment, a big problem in cities is the large number of people travelling during the rush hours.

I am trying to translate some papers about medical jurisprudence for my friend who works in the police office,My Englsih is not very good. So I hope you people can give me some advice.
1 what does the two "it" stand for in the sentence "most conveniently by placing it stretched out in a long box so that it hangs freely"?
2 I really have no ideal what the heck is the last sentence talking about.

Hi!I'm an italian girl.I love to study english,but I know I don't study it very well because my teacher are...a particular person.He don't speak english very well and the last summer,when i went to england,i felt myself ignorant!

It is logical that a single person cant do such tedious works as done by Vyasa. So do we consider Vyasa as an Incarnation of the Lord Himself.
Do u go with English Scholars version on Vyasa that it is not a single person but many persons over a period of time. If so how r those wrks so similar?

Some women say they understand that its a mans nature too cheat so when they marry they brace themselves to forgive him.
Some women say on the other hand there is no excuse for females cheating since they are not born this way and dont have a stretcher.
I disagree with these ideas. What do you think/ Why do you agree or why dont you agree.
