Yes, about ten. I make my cards and have sent New Year cards because I was late making them for Christmas. I just say "Hope your holiday was great and have a very happy new year." I send to people out of town that only hear from me around this time of year. Close friends get fancy home made cards handed to them when we get together for a celebration.

Will send Christmas cards as always..it's just a tradition that I find hard to give up. Since most of our friends and family are scattered, very often the cards end up with lengthy notes in them as I'm not the best at keeping up the rest of the year. It's a little bit of a chore, but I really enjoy it. Always include a wish for a Happy New Year on the Christmas cards.

I will be sending Christmas cards this year like I do every year. They all have Happy New Year in them already. The folks that I send the cards to is everyone that I have their address. If I just have an email for them, they get an e-card from me.

I will send cards through the post to my friends who don't have a computer. To the rest I send cards through a great site. I will have to type it out 'cos I don't know how to put a link on here.
Check out www.jacquielawson.com All the cards are animated and musical and I signed up for 2 years at a cost of £8.25. You can send as many cards as you like to however many people you like for the duration of your membership.
Just think if you sent 10 reasonably priced cards by post, it would cost you far more than that.
Hope you like the site.

I'll send Christmas cards and write Happy New Year in them. Most of my family and friends live other places and it's a nice way to let them know I'm thinking of them. Even the ones I phone or e-mail regularly seem to enjoy the cards.
We don't always put up a tree or decorations, often we travel to see family. However, I always put up my Christmas cards, they are very special to me and we put the presents under them and take a picture of it. I usually get quite a few since we exchange them at church too.

Only a few, to family and close friends. I'm about 400 miles from all of them.
I don't have to worry about where they're made. I make my own greeting card sketches with pen, pencil, scanner and printer. It will be easy this year 'cause I have a few leftovers that I didn't use.
I only send New Year cards if I forget someone at Christmas.

I no longer send Christmas Cards and never have sent nor received New Year Cards. If there is someone I won't see over the holidays, and I want to wish them a merry Christmas, I call them or send them an ecard. There are free ecards right here on Yahoo!

e-mailing is alright if the receiver is on-line computer user. Then there is that aging factor which will continue to send Christmas Cards by mail instead of modern means of communication. Like texting which seems lacking in the good old fashion seasonal greetings and goodwill messages. So for us oldies cards will be around for sometime to come. PS: Don't forget to recycle them too.
