It's a mixture of Greek, Russian and Korean.
The second word means "in love" in Russian.
The Greek word means "someone".
Thanks to Wikipedia, I found out the last
syllable is a Korean character meaning "you".
So it means "someone in love with you".
No idea about the second question.
The middle part looks like hieroglyphics.
The first word is Japanese "sore" = that.

The letters are from the Cyrillic alphabet and are most likely Russian. I tried to translate the words on-line with bablefish and got:

??????? the love

I'm not sure if this helps anyone but hopeful it's got you in the right direction...

As for the second example, with the Oriental characters... the first two characters are Japanese syllabics "so-re" meaning "that", the next three are Korean meaning "it is", and the last character is "wo", standard Chinese for "I" (first person pronoun).

Taking all of them together: "That is me." ... ??
