Can someone translate (if it is at all possible)
"You are having a giraffe". Myself and another colleague are always playing practical jokes on one another, and his knowledge of Latin is at the same level as mine (i.e. none), and I have an idea up my sleeve.

Like why would there be a God like creature in the sky watching us? thats unlogical in every single way. How can people believe so hard in a stupid book called the "bible" and believe there was a Jesus having this magical powers to change water in whine, i mean, do you really believe that there was ever a person with this magical nonsence. in my vision Jesus was just an ordinairy guy with short hair, braun eyes, long face thinking he was the son of God and he had a task and thought i was hearing some sort of God? with saying Mary Magdalene was a virgin i think it was just her astrological sign: virgo. and she had made a child with Jozef(not God) and they had a son who thought he was the son of God, its all so logical but people just always have to twist it around with putting in some fantasy sentences as Jesus had super powers and all, and Jesus walking on water was also not true, he was walking on ICE., why do christians have to twist reality with fantasy? Christians are delusional?

"Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. . . . They are altogether brutish and foolish." (Jeremiah 10:2-8)

If she were to pop into see our friend JILLY in the JIGGLY JUGS PUB - they could swap addresses and try that?
Do you think that would be a good idea?

i noticed that when someone asks a question that shows a blatent contradiction to their doctrine, christians twist the argument so that it fits the question.

isn't it sad that they have to do this to keep their delusion.

If there is a god, why is such suffering allowed to happen on earth? Why are innocent children taken away from us? Why do we have a history rich with murders and wars over the existance of god in which form when it would be so simple to put an end to it all by just revealing him/her self?

The first commandment says " I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides Me."

And Christians worship Jesus Christ as their Lord.

We know Christ isn't God, because on the cross he prayed to God and in the garden of Gethsemane he also prayed to God. He called him "father", he called himself the son of God, we're all God's children. He wasn't God, never was, just a follower.

Where I work, alot of people like to talk about me behind my back. My boss likes to go around the office and ask people what they think about my work, customer service and technical skills. They will get credit for talking about me and if a little made up personal gossip is thrown in, great.

It took me 5 months to get this job, so quitting right away is not an option. My boss will not tell me who is tattle telling about me but I can guess. What should I do?

A friend of mine told me that his parents saw something like a fireball on the roof. Few weeks after they invited a medium to check out their house. She said there is something bad on a roof and there was some kind of creature...unreal creature, look a bit like a huge bat. He told me that they have pictures of it but I never saw them. I wander if it might be true. Did anyone ever heard of something like that.

I will be alone and will not know anyone there; basically I emailed a Club secretary to enquire about membership and didn't hear anything so I forgot about it.

A month has passed by and I've got a reply out of the blue inviting me to the Club christmas party in London later this week. All I've been told is that it's black tie. The email says it's for me to meet everyone and view the Club premises in London.

I gather the secretary has done me a great favour by getting me a place at the party- but do I assume I'm there for what she says or am I the one being assessed? Also no mention was made of a price of a ticket or menu, or even drinks; do I assume that everything is 'on the house'?

Is it wise to take a gift for anyone or any description, bearing in mind they're all total strangers?

Any help welcome- cheers!
