So I recently visited the USS Hornet, one of the most haunted ships in america, it was at night, i couldn't go inside, but just outside in the boarding area or whatever i could hear really loud knocking on the staircases like someone trying to get my attention, and of course there wasn't anyone there to knock on them. The sound stopped, and assuming there was an entity I decided to ask him questions, one of which was "are you stuck here" and told him to make specific knocks corresponding to a yes or no, and sure enough I got a "yes" answer. And btw, The ship was completely still and the steel was too heavy in place for anything to possibly make those knocking sounds. So then are ghosts truly stuck in the place of their death? I don't see why they can't just leave and explore. I want a serious answer for this from someone who has read a lot on this subject

and this applies to most of my friends of my generation. However, these days it is so different. Is it a dying art, the ability to stay married for life. What has gone wrong, perhaps we in some way are to blame.

I went into Monsoon in Southend-on-Sea yesterday (name and shame) and the shop assistant took 5 minutes to realise I was waiting at the counter to be served. She was tidying some clothes racks with all the enthusiasm of a baked potato. Then when she served me she ripped the garment from the hanger with such force it was almost damaged, then left the security tag on so the alarm went off when I walked out. For the prices that Monsoon charge I don't expect to be served by a bored, jobbing student with no customer service training. Anyone else had a bad experience with a shop assistant recently?

at this site they say that sex, wine, pleasure nothing is a hurdle provided you are awakened to your self. the real hurdle is your sleep towards you. the problem is your divided self. you need an awakening and not a prohibition of sex, liquor or enjoyment. what do you say?

In my "youth" we counted everything! On the television, we counted the tiny dots. On the telephones, we counted the number of holes in the dial. As we learned the numbers, then we learned the letters that went with them. On the road, we counted cars.
The one thing we were never allowed to count were our FINGERS! There was some sort of a "stigma" that made it embarrasing to use your fingers whilst counting!
Any else remember these things as children?

You must remember that Satan plants seeds in the form of thoughts. These evil seeds aren't yours just because they come to mind; they become yours when you allow those thoughts to moe in and rearrange furniture!

An evil thought will rearrange your goals, your dreams and your ambitions.

Beware the Devil walks around LIKE a roaring Lion he is not the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.

Tell me then what are you suppose to do when a thought come in your mind?

What does the Bible say about " casting down all evil thoughs"?

I say evolution is fact, HOW evolution occurs is what is called "Evolutionary Theory"

From "Project Steve":

Evolution is a vital, well-supported, unifying principle of the biological sciences, and the scientific evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of the idea that all living things share a common ancestry. Although there are legitimate debates about the patterns and processes of evolution, there is no serious scientific doubt that evolution occurred or that natural selection is a major mechanism in its occurrence. It is scientifically inappropriate and pedagogically irresponsible for creationist pseudoscience, including but not limited to "intelligent design," to be introduced into the science curricula of our nation's public schools

Apparently a few people who post to society and culture > royalty feel that it does not. They even refuse to cite sources. From most of my postings about Chinese nobility, I have not seem many heavy weights post answers to my questions.

Are Chinese less then human, while the white race superior in each and every way?

Is the Chinese monarchy royalty?

And why is there so much hatred and discrimination between people. Is this the way that Christians should live their lives? Is this kind of attitude Christian-like and approved by God?

I WOULD LIKE A DECENT ANSWER TO ALL OF THE ABOVE QUESTIONS.
