The problem recipients are:

42 year old new mum auntie, has nearly everything
62 year old rich auntie, defintely has everything
Boyfriends mother who doesnt really deserve anything
Cousins husband, builder & handyman, new dad
4 month old baby girl, has all the baby bits
1 year old baby boy, also has a lot

I am looking for things around $20-30 as I am not rich, I live in New Zealand too so we dont have as many cool shops as you guys in the USA & UK do.

All ideas appreciated :)

Buy new mum auntie a nice vase - or a pair
Buy old rich auntie a container of biscuits or sweets
Boyfriends mum deserves something - if it wasn't for her, there would be no boyfriend - give her nice set of fruit soaps
Buy cousins husband a hat/cap to wear outside, or aftershave.
Buy baby girl a teething ring and coloured singlets
Buy baby boy t-shirt and shorts outfit

Most of these you can buy from Target and K-mart.

Hope these ideas help you out a bit.
PS Someone across the water in Australia wishes you a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
