This verse have the answer to whole claim
In Heaven you cant imagine it and you are given things in similitude
There is nothing in the Koran that states anyone getting 72 virgins anywhere. It states that once in heaven all people in heaven will be looked after by servants who are pure. (this must be read in the Koran very carefully and not interpreted according to ones biases or intent.

first i must say : damn the media . they poisoned the world about islam . what do you think we are ? a rooster ?
come on . in islam a man only can have 4 wemen at a time. BUT in our country there are really few men who has 2 wemen . and a man with 4 wemen is very very hard to find . we dont treat women like you think . im not speaking about Arabs. they have so many mistakes. we have too . but lets not make Islam responsible for people's mistakes. in Islam there is a rule about getting married again : IF YOU GET ANOTHER WOMAN YOU MUST TREAT BOTH OF THEM WITH JUSTICE. EVEN IN LOOKING AT THEM.
you see . if there is a problem . its not Islam's . its people who dont understand Islam .
lets be realistic . I can say more if you wanted to . but the 72 wemen is really a funny joke.

It's never been clarified if the men get women virgins or men virgins. It seems in that culture women do not account as highly as men do. That's sad.
