That dosent make sense. You should want your kid on birth control if sexualy active or possibility of being sexually active, why on earth wouldnt a parent want their child on birth control?

My sister-in-law and I have been tasked with bringing vegetables & sides for Thanksgiving.

A friend is already planning on bringing mashed potatoes and a whole-berry cranberry sauce (both are her specialties).

My mom will make the turkey & stuffing.

What else should my SIL & I bring?

What do you think?
Seems like some people's idea of Holiness is a bit "starchy" is you know what I mean. They're so very meloncholly, bland, rigid, fridgid, and boring and they act like that's a good thing. What are your thougths?

And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk.

And then I heard the father talk.

Everybody knows it's important to speak English
except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor
with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth.
In fact you will never get any kind of job making a decent living.
People marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an education,
and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around.

The lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal.

These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids. $500
sneakers for what?!?

And they won't spend $200 for Hooked on Phonics?

I am talking about these people who cry when their son is standing

A woman wrote about her elderly aunt during her last illness, which was very drawn out. I helped take care of her, and all that time everyone in the family was praying for her to regain her health. She stopped breathing several times, but they brought her back. Finally, one day she looked at me and she said, "Joan I have been over there, over to the beyond and it is so beautiful over there! I want to stay, but I can't as long as you keep praying for me to stay with you. Your prayers are holding me over here. Please don't pray any more." We did all stop, and shortly after that she died..
