You should have posted in English too in order to understand better the context.
In fact in Italian noun and adjective are modified by the number (and by the gendre); then options of a correct phrasing could be more than other answerers have listed.
nuovo profilo = new profile
nuovi profili = new profiles
nuova foto = new picture
nuove foto = new pictures
nuova canzone = new song
nuove camzoni = new songs
nuovo colore = new color
nuovi colori = new colors

Everything is correct, except the last phrase: it is nuove color, not nueve color.
