Wasting my entire life in servitude to something that doesn't exist in the end. Missing out on hours of great homosexual sex, parties, and reading demonic books like "The God Delusion."

I believe in life BEFORE death, sorry.

Which God should I believe in?

I don't believe in God because I see no evidence of it and think the whole idea is far fetched to be honest.

I would have something to lose, my life without this illusion - comforting though the illusion is to many people.

Anyway no-one has ever really explained what God is meant to be - apart from saying that He - and it usually is a He- is very nice and created everything. My response has always been who created Him? If he didn't need a creator in my view then neither did the universe.

Pascal had this thought ages ago didn't he?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pascal's_Wager - criticism from better people than me in here.

Take care and best wishes.

God has sent down miracles, revelations and messengers to give clear proofs He exists and more important, what we should do once we come to this realization.

Allah has sent prophets and messengers with many proofs throughout the ages for people to be able to clearly see with their own eyes and to be able to use their own senses the miracles and proofs pointing to the fact, God does in fact, exist

We don't have to see an artist to recognize a painting, correct? So, if we see paintings without seeing artists painting them, in the same way, we can believe Godcreated everything without having to see Him (or touch, or hear, etc.).

The only reason I can believe something is because I believe it.

The people who ask this question must not understand the difference between believing something and pretending to believe something. They must have no inner lives at all.

I have my pride to lose, my entire life has been Atheist, with very little Christianity. Why should I be live in something that isn't so? Why should I be live something I was forced to through fear? Why should I be live the Future Christian Assholes?!!!

I have about 50 lbs to lose but it isn't going to happen by believing in an omnipotent creator being... it's just not logical.

Ah, but as a church member I would not be able to pursue my interest in kites, and that is a hobby I do not want to give up.
