Consider your grade 1 math book. "Sally has 2 apples, and Billy has 3. How many apples do they have together?" Well, you know that Sally and Billy do not exist. Therefore, the entire book is crap, and nothing in it is true. So, I do not have to believe in mathematics. Correct? Of course not! 2+3 is a valid question, with a real answer. It does not matter that Sally and Billy are invented - it helps with the understanding. It does not make the math textbook "untrue." The Bible is the same. Parts of it are actual history - and true. Parts are completely different. The Bible contains love stories, songs, advice, letters, prophecies, apocalypses, parables, myth (stories that deal with truth, but for which the details may not be all true), and so on. So, the Bible has things like the math problem. There was no actual Good Samaritan, but it is an excellent teaching story. It has a true message, like the math problem, even if the details are invented. Jesus was no magician. If you read carefully, you will see that he was a man, just like us. He tells us, several times, that we could do the things he did, and even more. He even tells us how this can be done, and many of his followers are reported in the Bible as doing so. He was not magic, not a man-like god, nor a god-like man. Christians believe he was fully man (but also fully God). Even though the Bible is the best and most accurate book of it's time by a factor of about 1000, there is also evidence regarding Jesus outside the Bible. His existence is beyond the doubt of any serious scholar, even non-Christians. His deeds are argued about, but his existence really is not. I have had proof. Not that I needed it; I was a believer anyway. But, I have seen healing miracles done, and have done healings myself. I believe these things come from God as a sign that He exists, and works amongst us. Most of Jesus' miracles were healing ones, and they still can be done today. There is proof for you. There is also a lot more out there. It is impossible to miss for anyone who looks for it.

2nd Timothy 3:16All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

God-breathed: coming directly from a Holy God.

Yeah there are some crazy stories in the bible, but thats what makes it so interesting. Songs of Solomon: teaches you how to love your spouse with passion

Lot and his daughters: can you say Jerry Springer type stuff? Things like this happen in real life.

To answer your question directly. Yes, every Christian can prove that the Bible is a holy book.

There is no way to "prove" it is a holy book, especially by using what the book itself says. That's why religion is based on faith, not proof.

You also don't make it clear what your definition of holy is, so the question is pretty much impossible to answer.

The word of God is true, but the Bible as a book is just paper and ink and can be destroyed. The word of God will not pass away.

Look for your own verses if you are seeking the truth.

Yeah those bad things happened back in those days too just like it does now. That's just a gruesome part of life that continues to this day and will continue until Jesus comes back. No one can "prove" per say that the Bible is Holy. You have to live it out yourself to find that out. That's why we have faith. The bible says that every man is given a measure of faith.

God is supernatural - not natural like you and me.

Jhn 4:24 God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.

Hbr 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
