That dosent make sense. You should want your kid on birth control if sexualy active or possibility of being sexually active, why on earth wouldnt a parent want their child on birth control?

Some parents are in denial about their childrens lives and/or think that giving them birth control will only encourage them to have sex.

Because MOST parents arent okay with their kids having sex, and putting them on birth control is like giving them the thumbs up to go ahead and keep doing it.
