When your first reaction hits, what do you do? Ignore it and think it through? Or, act on it without reservation? Your thoughts please.

The UN is saying that the Catholic condom ban is helping AIDS spread in poor countries with large catholic populations. To me, it seems that some liability should be placed upon the people on one hand, but the on the other hand people are going to be people and the encouragement of this no condom policy by something as powerful as the RCC should in some ways make the RCC responsible for the health care of the infected.

Kind of a tricky problem. Thoughts?

If so, then I will never be a Christian. There is no forgiveness for a person that kills people, including innocent children.

many christians deny evolution but none seem to deny the existance of dna. on earth christ had the body of a complete human male. since he was a man he therefore must have had testicles that contained sperm that contained dna. also christ must have had dna in order for cell generation.
that would mean christ could reproduce with a woman if he had choosen to and the kids would have been 50% christ. what do christians think about this idea?

Jesus was begoten (John 3:16,18)(1 John 4:9)

Definition of begoten: VERB: A past participle of beget.
Beget To father; sire.
To cause to exist or occur; produce: Violence begets more violence.

The bible clearly states unequivocally that Jesus as begoten he was 'caused to exit'. The begoten Son of God.

Direct answers if you can please. Not run this around with spurious defence scriptures taken out of context.

Why do you JUDGE, report or give thumbs down to those that, as you say, mock your god?

Why, have you run out of other cheeks or what?

The hostility of some of you makes me think that, after all, you're not so sure about your final destination, dudes...

I expect a lot of "I don't hate you/God bless you" responses...but you guys know what I'm talking about.

Like in a rut? For instance, lately I have had no desire to go to my church. I want to know the word of God, and worship Him, most definately! I want my kids also to know Him and walk in His ways--- therefore that is why if we do not go to church that Sunday we do devotions with the kids. There is nothing more important to me than for my kids to know the Lord! And for us to continue walking with Him. So lately I am reminding myself I go to church to LEARN God's word, to worship and praise Him- to study His word- because I truly desire to know Him! I desire to serve Him ( I just need a good kick!) Psalm 86:11
Teach me your way, O LORD,that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.
Do you feel this way at all?

We live in a terraced house. Mine is the last one in the whole row of houses and we have to take our garbage bins from the back. All the bins of my neighbours' (the green and black ones) are all kept on the pathway and it is a nightmare removing their bins and keeping them back again just to take mine out and vice versa when I have to get my bins back in. What do I do? Should they keep their bins out in the first place (we have big back gardens, by the way) and bring them out on collection days? Its getting on my nerves. Is there any solution to this ( apart from me moving out)?
These days I keep my bin right outside and make them put mine back where it belongs. Am I a bad neighbour?
