Depends who you ask, doesn't it? Many Christian scholars would argue that animals, including dinosaurs, don't have souls, so therefore the dinosaurs could not be damned to Hell or welcomed to Heaven - they would simply cease to exist.

Probably not, since all the animals were created with lesser spirits - unable to commit "evil" acts. Like all animals, they function by instinct alone, without malice or forethought - unlike human beings.

Are there any evil animals? I don't think so - they don't have the ability to reason. I'd say they're not in "hell" or "heaven" - they're just dead.
