That is a decent sized ARK. Did he also divide the herbivores and carnivores, what about food? What about animal waste?

Just one of each species of Nematode would be larger by far than the Ark, and they were not even known to exist till recently,
Just two of each species of beetle would be a smaller volume but still way larger than the Ark. The writers of the Bible had no real concept of the scale of everything, numbers, variety, distances etc.
Expecting folk who knew of less than a quarter of the planet, and had no scientific clues to understand just how big the universe around them was is asking a bit much.
If you went back then and told them the facts that any schoolchild today can verify, they would think you were the idiot.

Good question, but remember, man is the only creature or part of the earth that does not obey his creator. All the animals that were saved were undoubtedly gathered at God's command. Noah just had to provide room for a couple of each.
Plus, in the millennium, the lion will lie down with the lamb, so all creatures can get along when God desires it. In this case they must have. It happened other times. Remember Daniel in the lion's den?
The flora can survive under water for a long period of time. Plus, I bet Noah gathered seeds of every kind. Plus, the Lord put them all here the first time, I am sure He did it again as needed.

I suspect that he got hold of whichever animals he could find around him and God made the rest come to him. Back then the animals weren't afraid of people because people didn't eat meat. It wasn't until after the flood that God told Noah that the "fear and dread of man" would come on the animals, and it wasn't until after the flood that man ate meat. Also, I think Noah likely took baby animals on the ark. It would be easier to feed and clean up after a boatload of babies, and there would be enough room for the larger animals if they were all babies. Dunno what he did about plants....they would probably not all have been uprooted by the flood and the seeds could very well have survived too. Obviously they survived somehow! LOL Maybe Noah brought a bunch of seeds?

He didn't... he didn't exist. It never happened. The world has never been flooded at any point in it's history.
Here's a pointer.
Old Testament = Made up claptrap.
A catholic monk told me that many years ago.
Could you imagine the size of ship needed just to have 2 of every insect in the world? So we have a ship that is 5 times bigger than the biggest ship ever built for all these animals...where does the food come from?
No, grade 'A' old testament twaddle.

He didn't. God controlled the instincts of the animals and sent them to Noah. Also, before the Flood, there were no "continents" like there are now. After the Flood, there was an ice age, which lowered the sea level and created land bridges to every place on Earth. Then the glaciers melted, and cut everybody off.

god sent them to the ark. He also told everyone to play nicely, the lions and tigers to not eat the antelope, and the snakes to not eat the mice, and the hippo's to not harass Noah, and the birds not to eat the spiders, and the alligators not to eat anything that moved...every animal became a vegetarian for the duration of the trip.

Ever hear of God?... he had a bit to do with it you know.... if God wants all the animals in one place that is what will happen... and how did they all fit on the ark.... if God wanted them to fit he made them fit... ever hear of suspended animation or Hibernation.... God ain't bound by the laws of physics... if he says it gets done it gets done... quit arguing just to cause trouble...

A bit far fetched is the biggest understatement I've see all day. It's a myth. It never happened. It is even close to reasonable.

When Noah had the ark ready, God had the animals ready.
When Adam was ready to name the animals, God had the animals ready.
