There are two theories
1) People of Adam's time lived hundreds of years longer than our generations do-there DNA and genetics were perfect, so they didn't have all the flaws we do, and aging didn't occure so quickly. As a result a lot more babies were had.
If there's such a big generation gap between siblings, and those siblings have children and those children having children-you coul dpossibly have whole towns before Cain and Abel were even born. Which there were- and which Cain was told to leave too.
He wouldn't know any of his relatives-and incest didnt matter back then b.c dna was not flawed.
So let's say at age 13 Eve has a child - by the time eve has another child at age 70 the first child's child is already grown with her own kids..
So Cain and Able wouldnt be marrying direct siblings they knew or anything.
2) That God created more than just Adam and Eve, they were just the first to speak of.
and there's a number three-which Christians feel unheard of!-which is Adam and Eve is a symbolic story, to help us understand the human need for the search for knowledge and choices we face of good and evil along the way. A parable, much like that of Jesus' stories he told to the people.

There was Eve, and Eve children were born of the Holy Spirit.
There was no Adam. Abel was the first born of Eve, Cain was the first born of Adam.
Adam came from the 2nd Age, the Land of Nod, the place where Job lived.
The first Age was the time of the dinosaurs
The Garden of Eden was the 3rd Age as the time of Noah was the 4the Age.
Read Rev 12, and John 6:32, if you don't believe this.

Adam and Eve had many children durimg their lifetime in Adam's case more than 900 years. If the population doubled every 30 years you will get a tremendous number. There was intermarriage amongst the children. All their descendants except Noah's family died during the flood.

Adam and Eve had many children, both sons and daughters. Obviously there was quite a bit of incest going on in order to "multiply." In those day, the human condition was more closer to perfection, so there was less chance of having genetic problems. Nowadays, it's a different story.

Adam and Eve had more children than Kane and Abel. Each brother had a twin sister and married the others twin. The blood line was pure and it was permissible at the time. etc etc etc

Apparently, the answer is "through incest."
Good ol' biblical morality.
People who suggest this are morons and content to be so. "Pure blood..." What rubbish!
Pick up a science text and quit being so stupid!!
