These are the things I heard about Mormonism.If they are wrong correct me.I want to think of them as Christian.
#1. Adam is the ascended God of this earth.
#2. Jesus and Lucifer are brothers.
#3. As man is ,God once was. As God is ,man can become.
#4. If we follow all the Mormon tenets,we can become God of our own planet someday.
#5. There is a Father and Mother God in heaven creating souls through intercourse.
#6. When there was war in heaven between Jesus and Lucifer,all the souls that stayed neutral get Black skin when they are born on earth.
I'd like to know if these are true or if my friend is pulling my leg.A lot of us don't know what goes on in heaven.

Back in the day, if a deity failed to help its followers triumph over enemies, people abandoned that deity and embraced the god or gods of their captors unless they found a new god or gods that allowed them to prevail. Only the strongest gods survived. That changed when the Israelites stuck with the God that allowed them to endure 400 years of slavery, and many more years of persecution. Now their God won't even bother to interfere with their lives for fear that He might interfere with their "free will." This act of artificial selection has left them with a god that, like domesticated animals, is weak and passive.

Wouldn't you rather have a god who would smite your enemies and grant you all the things that you want?

it seems to me that the christian god must be a complete idiot. besides all the retarded things he askes us to do, it seems he wants people to go to hell. why would he plant light thats more then 10,000 light years away so that we could see it, then in his book tell us the universe began somewhere around 4004bc ...i suppose thats question 1

It seems we have reached a paradox to which the answer will remain hidden for a very long time.

The fact that God is capable of anything and everything means that science finds him unfalsifiable. The fact God cannot be falsified and thus unprovable actually improves the argument for his existence from the Christian perspective while simultaneously improving the argument for the atheist side as well. This is because the bible splits the 2 sides apart. The philosophical and moral lessons of Jesus show us that there is more to life that meets the eye. The bible introduced the concept of faith first proof later. Meaning that if you have faith now, proof will come to you. This idea creates quite a conundrum when science and faith face off. Now I'll go through my analysis.

Christians, are you appalled by the lies of these deceived men? They clearly want to destory Christianity with their lies, the devil wants you to believe them so he can drag you to hell with all who believe in this evil theory.
We need to write to our congressmen and demand that they put God back in the classroom by teaching that gravity does not exist and that we are kept on the earth by the weight of our sins. Let me start off by saying that I'm a Christian. I believe in God, the Bible, Heaven, and Hell. Having said this, I want to know why people hate Christians sooo much. I mean I'm not going to force you to be part of my religion. I wish you would be, because of what I believe are the consequences of not being saved, but I can't make you do anything....it's you're decision. And please don't say "it's because you act like you're better than me", because I'll be the first to admit that I have done wrong things in my life....I've sinned....I still do. I don't deserve forgiveness, but I do believe that God has forgiven me, because He is gracious, and loving, and because I have asked for forgiveness. I just don't understand why people resent me for being a Christian......if you find it offensive, what do you find offensive?
