German Formal: Sie sind schön!
German Familiar: Du bist schön!

Hindi Formal: Aap ati sundar(i) hain!
Hindi Familiar: Tum ati sundar(i) ho!

Urdu Formal: Aap bahut khoobsurat hain!
Urdu Familiar: Tum bahut khoobsurat ho!

Bengali Formal: Aapni ati sundar(i)!
Bengali Familiar: Tumi ati sundar(i)!

Add the (i) after sundar if the 2nd person accusative is female.

The "tu" is optional; if this is a guy, you might want to use "guapo" or even a girl could use "guapa." "Guapo(a)" is basically like handsome. "bonita" is pretty.
So, literally: "You are very pretty."
