' ... as it is written, there is none righteous, not even one; there is none who understands, there is none who seeks for God; all have turned aside, together they have become useless; there is none who does good; there is not even one.” (Romans 3:10-12)

People are basically good. We're smart enough to know right from wrong in a general sense. None of us has the right to define it explicitly, instead the population does. I don't think it's limited at all.

The Bible says otherwise. We are born in sin, with a sin nature, totally depraved.

Psa 51:5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.

Psa 58:3 The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from the belly, speaking lies.

Eph 2:1 and you being dead in deviations and sins,
Eph 2:2 in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit now working in the sons of disobedience,
Eph 2:3 among whom we also all conducted ourselves in times past in the lusts of our flesh, doing the things willed of the flesh and of the understanding, and were by nature the children of wrath, even as the rest.

Col 2:13 And you, being dead in the deviations and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all the deviations,

Some human beings are basically good and some are not.

Whilst all have the capacity for good and evil, one aspect often predominates in an individual.

All beings, plant, animal, human, are born with greed/lust, hatred/anger and delusion/ignorance which cause evil, unskillful or harmful actions to occur.

All beings, plant, animal, human, are born with generosity/benevolence, love/empathy and wisdom/freedom which cause good, skillful or beneficial actions to occur.

The above is merely natural, arising from Nature.

QUOTE: "Whatever a person keeps pursuing with their thinking & pondering, that becomes the inclination of their mind. If a person keeps pursuing thinking imbued with sensuality, abandoning thinking imbued with generosity, their mind is bent by that thinking imbued with sensuality. If a person keeps pursuing thinking imbued with ill will, abandoning thinking imbued with love, their mind is bent by that thinking imbued with ill will. If a person keeps pursuing thinking imbued with harmfulness, abandoning thinking imbued with harmlessness, their mind is bent by that thinking imbued with harmfulness."

BETTER if you elaborate your question a bit more.
man could use any other human as reference, in good deeds, its not limited thinking.

It's a pretty complex question, really. We are predisposed genetically to behave in ways that are "social," but that does not preclude a propensity for violence and aggression which might lead to anti-social behavior.
