For me (a Christian) the following would change:

1) I wouldn't be filled with fear and worry as to if hell was a final destination for me. As a result, I would be able to relax and enjoy my life. A great burden would be lifted from me.

2) I would be very aggresive to get a girlfriend because vagina would be in the equation this time, and no matter how many times I got rejected I would still seek one out.

3) After I found a girlfriend, I would fornicate many many times with her, and when we broke up I would repeat the process with a new girlfriend.

4) There would be no point in getting married. I would just have a girlfriend, and we would have sex. We can sleep together, but enjoy all the benefits of not living underneath the same roof. Marriages are expensive and time consuming anyways.

5) I would stop going to church, praying, and reading my Bible. No more money would be given to the church.

6) When I loved and cared for people, It would be better>>>

this one to me. On thursday I had to go to mediation because I am going through a divorce and and my mom usually prays for my situation, so during her lunch break my mom went to her car like she usually does and turned the key to open her windows and then turned it off and then she sat in the car reading her bible and praying, as she was ending her prayers her radio turned on full blast with the car being off, she had to turn her car on and then shut it back off and the car is only a year old and she has had no problems with it, can someone explain?

...Can you be only a thumbs up fairy for the rest of the night? Give thumbs up to everything you support and ignore what you don't. Give out as many stars as you can. The idea is to promote positive energy and to get you to focus on the positive. Care to give it a try?

no partisan rants please.

I've heard of Calvinism being deeply ingrained in the Scottish psyche for example

I asked a question a few days ago about Jesus being Michael the Archangel. Does this also mean that Jesus and satan (also an angel) are related, like the mormon's believe. Thank you for your answers.

find it insulting when another female refers to you as honnie; sweetie; doll etc.. I personally find it a put down, and quickly remind them of my name. Do you?

...would you take it, and if so, what would it be?

-No wishing for more wishes
-You can't convert anybody to Christianity
-When you make your wish, you cease to exist. No Heaven. No Hell. You're just gone.

Seeing as the bible is purely against divination and any other forms of witchcraft...

The books in the bible are supposed to be played out by god himself, including the book of revelation which is obviously toward the future (many know where i am going here...)

So, seeing these prophets have had 'visions of the future', would that not have technically deemed them witches in themselves?

Thus, if Jesus and his saints had lived in the dark ages, would not they in themselves, been burned at the stake for practising witchcraft?

Figuratively speaking, so no crappy "No, because if they lived in the dark ages christianity had not yet been created" answers.

...the person who lives in peaceful harmony with all of God's creations but not a follower of Christ, or the Christian who goes to church on Sunday, tithes, and helps in food drives, but has affairs, steps on people to get to the top, overindulges and abuses his children? Or how about the Priest who molests children? Who will God be harder on?

You know what I mean...they don't ASK anything. They disguise their preaching as a question, thinking they'll be getting some kind of spiritual reward for it.

In your experience, which group tends to do this most often, over and over and over?

I belong to a singles group. Some of the women in the group are really getting on my nerves because they sometimes comment on what I eat or don't eat. For example, one night I ordered a salad and one of them said "Oh, I'm so proud of you, you're eating salad!" Another night, one of the others commented "You didn't touch your beans!" so I said "That's right, I didn't touch them. Would you like to take them home with you?" then she acted flustered "No, I don't want them." I smiled and said "I thought you might want them since you were so interested in them." I'm an adult. I can't understand why these women are so interested in my food choices! It's ticking me off but I don't want to be rude and say "Why do you think any of this is any of your business?" or, in the case of salad lady, "I didn't order salad to win your approval and, frankly, I don't care what you think." What can I do?

lol I had to put it that way because that's precisely how they behave. Many people. Classless, somewhat cranky, hyper apes. Granted no matter who you are, how much money you have or how likeable you are, or where you are in life, you have to deal with the dreaded "general public," which is basically like dealing with the gutter.

Is there a way to deal with it without going insane?

I tried the ignoring approach, and all that got me was, the general public interpreted me as someone who didn't care, and they laughed at that. I was made fun of for being the "I don't care," janeanne garofalo stereotype.

If you're angry and become bitter and talk back, that's not really winning is it.

I was simply eating out today, in a pretty crowded place, and I noticed that people are hyper and think alot, which is fine and normal, but someone ALWAYS has to either NOT like you, or find something about you to pick on. It's uber-annoying.

How do you deal with this trash and NOT go insane?
