The beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses have little in common with those of Mormonism. Jehovah's Witnesses have never taught that Jesus and Satan are brothers in the sense that Mormonism has taught that idea.
Quite plainly, the bible teaches that there is single solitary archangel, the lone "Chief of the Angels". By definition, every mere angel would be lesser than that archangel.
It would be incorrect to believe that Jesus was a mere angel on a par with other angels. Even before he came to earth and was impaled, Jesus the Son enjoyed a position higher than any other creature in existence because of two different reasons.
Firstly, as the firstborn of creation, Jesus likely spent thousands or millions or billions of years in exclusive association with Jehovah; this unique opportunity allowed Jesus to learn so much that Jesus is spoken of as the "image" and "reflection" and "exact representation" of Almighty Jehovah God.
(Colossians 1:15) [Jesus] is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation
(Hebrews 1:3) [Jesus] is the reflection of [Jehovah's] glory and the exact representation of his very being
Secondly, the bible teaches that Jesus worked alongside Jehovah to CREATE the other angels (and the rest of the heavenly and physical universe).
(Colossians 1:15-18) By means of him all other things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All other things have been created through him and for him. 17 Also, he is before all other things and by means of him all other things were made to exist, 18 and he is the head of the body, the congregation. He is the beginning
(Revelation 3:14) These are the things that [Jesus] says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God [see 2 Cor 1:20]
(Proverbs 8:22) Jehovah himself produced me as the beginning of his way, the earliest of his achievements of long ago.
(John 1:1,14) In the beginning [Jesus] was... So [Jesus] became flesh and resided among us, and we had a view of his glory, a glory such as belongs to an only-begotten son from a father; and he was full of undeserved kindness and truth.
While Jesus enjoyed an elevated position since his creation by Jehovah, the bible teaches that Christ Jesus the Son has been given even GREATER glory and authority than he previously had. Since Jesus' resurrection to heaven, the bible indicates that: no salvation occurs without Christ, accepting Christ's sacrifice is a requirement for true worship, every prayer must acknowledge Christ, Christ is the King of God's Kingdom, Christ is the head of the Christian congregation, and Christ is now immortal.
But the bible explicitly notes that it is only since his resurrection that Jesus (the Son) was now in every way "better than the angels" and that Jehovah (the Father) elevated him thusly (emphasis has been added to most of these citations)...
(Hebrews 1:3-4) [Jesus] sat down on the right hand of the Majesty [Jehovah] in lofty places. So he HAS BECOME better than the angels
(Matthew 28:18) And Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: "All authority has been GIVEN ME in heaven and on the earth.
(Acts 2:36) God MADE HIM both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you impaled.
(John 3:35) The Father loves the Son and HAS GIVEN all things into his hand.
(Acts 5:31) GOD EXALTED this one as Chief Agent and Savior to his right hand
(Psalm 2:2-6) The kings of earth take their stand And high officials themselves have massed together as one against Jehovah AND against his anointed one... Jehovah himself will hold them in derision..., Saying: "I, even I, HAVE INSTALLED my king [Jesus]
As the agent of creation for the other angels, who better than Jesus to be their "Chief"? The term "archangel" is always in the singular, and actually means "Chief of the Angels". The bible teaches that the one and only archangel (named "Michael") is actually the heavenly pre- and post-human Jesus.
Note that Jesus the Lord calls with an archangel's voice:
. (1 Thessalonians 4:14-16) Jesus died and rose again, so, too... the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel's voice
Note who leads angelic armies (Jesus is "Logos", "The Word"):
. (Revelation 19:13-14) the name he is called is The Word of God. Also, the armies that were in heaven were following him
. (Revelation 12:7) And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels battled
Who returns and stands up during a time of distress such as has never happened before?
. (Daniel 12:1) "And during that time Michael will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of the sons of your people. And there will certainly occur a time of distress such as has not been made to occur since there came to be a nation until that time. And during that time your people will escape, every one who is found written down in the book.
. (Matthew 24:3-21) the disciples approached him [Jesus] privately, saying: "Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?" And in answer Jesus said to them: "...All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress. ...But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. ...for then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world's beginning until now, no, nor will occur again.
Once you study it, the bible really teaches that Jesus is Michael. Although anti-Witnesses sometimes pretend that Gabriel (and sometimes "Lucifer") are also archangels, the fact remains that the bible itself speaks of only one single solitary archangel. Who would be above Jesus among heavenly creatures?
Interestingly, the Scriptures refer to *ALL* angelic spirit creatures as "morning stars". Jesus is not excluded from that terminology, but he is elevated by the unique description "the BRIGHT morning star".
(Job 38:4,7) When [Jehovah] founded the earth... When the morning stars [or "angels"] joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause
(Revelation 22:16) I, Jesus... I am the root and the offspring of David, and the BRIGHT morning star. [caps added]

Unlike the angel that turned into Satan, Jesus existed before the heavens and Earth were formed.
Jhn 1:1 IN THE BEGINNING was the Word, and the word was with God.
Gen 1:1 IN THE BEGINNING God created the heaven and the earth.
Jesus was born prior to the heavens (angels) and the Earth (Men).
Col 1:15 "the firstborn of every creature"
Jesus was his father's master worker so he took part in the creation of Man and the angels.
Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in "our" image, after "our" likeness
Col 1:15,16 Who is the "image" of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth
Where all angels are princes, Jesus is the foremost prince, in line for his father's throne.
Dan 10:13 Michael, one of the chief princes
Rev 22:16 "I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this message for the churches. I am both the source of David and the heir to his throne."
The cherub that turned Satan was one of many same type of angel.
Exd 25:19 And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end
Where there is only one Chief of Angels (Archangel).
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of "the" archangel

Jehovah God wanted us to use his name. Matthew 6:9, Jesus told us that we should pray: "Our Father in the heavens, let your NAME be SANCTIFIED." Also Isaiah 43:10 also brings out that Jehovah said, "You are my WITNESSES." God is a Title. Even with Arabs. A good dictionary will show you, “Allah” is a shortened form of the Arabic term meaning “the god", this is not a name. The title “God” is neither personal nor distinctive. In the Hebrew Scriptures the same word (ʼElo‧him′) is applied to Jehovah, the true God, and also to false gods. The Imperial Bible-Dictionary says: “It is everywhere a proper name, denoting the personal God and him only; whereas Elohim partakes more of the character of a common noun, denoting usually, indeed, but not necessarily nor uniformly, the Supreme. . . . The Hebrew may say the Elohim, the true God, in opposition to all false gods; but he never says the Jehovah, for Jehovah is the name of the true God only. He says again and again my God . . . ; but never my Jehovah, for when he says my God, he means Jehovah. He speaks of the God of Israel, but never of the Jehovah of Israel, for there is no other Jehovah. He speaks of the living God, but never of the living Jehovah, for he cannot conceive of Jehovah as other than living.” Hope This Helps

"Does this also mean that Jesus and Satan are related?"
Yes in the sense they were both created as spirits. (You are related to Sadam Hosane because you are flesh and so was he)
No in the sense that they both had different levels of power and decided to use it in completely different ways; Satan made himself Satan the Devil, whereas Jesus obediently pleased God to the point of God exalting him.

1 Thessalonians 4:16 said about Jesus: "because the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice and with God’s trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first." The Lord, Jesus, have an archangel's voice, because he is the archangel (in the Bible this title appears only in singular). The prefix 'arc' means "chief", "head of"; so the angels have just one chief, the archangel. In the Bible, the only angel with this title, archangel, is Michael (please look Jude verse 9). That gives reason to believe that Michael is the name of Jesus when he was in heaven.
About the Satan... the book of Ezquiel 28:11-19 describes God's judgment against the king of Tyre, but at the same time He describes the angel that was 'In E´den, the garden of God', a cherub, 'full of wisdom and perfect in beauty'. Jehovah describes him this way: "Every precious stone was your covering, ruby, topaz and jasper; chrys´o·lite, onyx and jade; sapphire, turquoise and emerald; and of gold was the workmanship of your settings and your sockets in you. In the day of your being created they were made ready. You are the anointed cherub that is covering, and I have set you. On the holy mountain of God you proved to be. In the midst of fiery stones you walked about. You were faultless in your ways from the day of your being created until unrighteousness was found in you. “‘“Because of the abundance of your sales goods they filled the midst of you with violence, and you began to sin. And I shall put you as profane out of the mountain of God, and I shall destroy you, O cherub that is covering, from the midst of the fiery stones. “‘“Your heart became haughty because of your beauty. You brought your wisdom to ruin on account of your beaming splendor. Onto the earth I will throw you. Before kings I will set you, [for them] to look upon you. “‘“Owing to the abundance of your errors, because of the injustice of your sales goods, you have profaned your sanctuaries. And I shall bring forth a fire from the midst of you. It is what must devour you. And I shall make you ashes upon the earth before the eyes of all those seeing you. As for all those knowing you among the peoples, they will certainly stare in amazement at you. Sudden terrors are what you must become, and you will be no more to time indefinite.”’”
Clearly this angel full of beauty that was in the Garden of God is Satan, a cherub (more than a simple angel) which 'heart became haughty' because of his beauty, because of his 'beaming splendor'. So from this we could see that he was not evil in the beginning but a loyal angel that belonged to the family of God.

No, not !
Devil or satan is one of special creation. Jesus is the other special creation. Adam, Ibrahim (Abraham), David, Mozes, Jesus and Muhammad are special human being the created by Allah to become Special Proxy of Allah for all nature generally and human being especially, they were all referred as the Prophet and of the Messenger of Allah.
Devil or satan is created by Allah with separate characteristic and designed to become a Tester to human being do they earn to conduct their mission better. Human being created special and promise that them are created by and hence they also promise to serve only to Allah the only God.
Do human being can prove its promise ? In this role we found devil has relation to human being like Jesus, Muhammad or us.
Do you understand that real devil very be of benefit to us because him become our tester do us keep our promise to Allah - the only God - that we only serving and resorting to Allah ?
So, become nothing, there is no place to human being to bluff themself that compared to the best creatures of other Allah creation.
Congratulation keep a promise to Allah !
