About the "dream catchers" that one often sees in car windows, etc. - Are they a true part of Native spirituality, or a made up gimmick? If genuine, is it disrespectful for a non-Native to display one?

After all, how else are they going to get enough money for upkeep and to take care of the clergy (who often have multiple jobs besides pastoring?)

How many other groups do you know that ask for money to keep things going? Other than PETA, Greenpeace, both the Democrat and Republican parties, the UCLA, St. Jude's, the Mayo Clinic, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the March of Dimes, and countless others?

Jehovah's Witnesses. Scenario: An unbelieving husband kisses and carresses his christian wife and engages in a oral-sex act, momentarily, on his wife. However, she is thinking in her mind that it is his hands and fingers that are carressing her and not his tongue. Would a christian wife still be guilty of wrong doing if her unbelieving husband perform oral sex on her, momentarily, without her knowledge or consent? Would she have to approach the elders even though she was not consenting to the act?

I'm going with alchemy because it was the foundation of the modern science of chemistry that we know today while creationism is just a bunch of bullcrap that stagnates real science.

Have you ever lied, stolen something (despite value), looked with lust at the opposite sex (or same), used God's name as a curse word, desired something that wasn't yours, hated another person, dishonored your parents, kept the Sabbath, made a God to suit yourself, and kept God first in your life? (Judge yourself based on these, the ten commandments...answer honestly...listen to your conscience; I'lll add more once the timing for this question has been answered)

What if you are wrong. Just that slight possiblity that the Christian god is real, and what the bible says is true, should be enough for you to follow Jesus, right? I mean, if you are right, then we all die and no one loses. But if we are right, then you will be judged and surely go to the lake of fire. Do you really want to take that risk?

We're both asians/cantonese speakers but my parents are too busy in their work to send me off to chinese school. I speak cantonese in my home, but only simple stuff, with some bad sentences. I speak english better because I watch english shows (the oc, the hills...) more than chineses, and it's not like I can understand the chinese dramas.

So what do I do?

I haven't been in YahooAnswers long, but I have been in it long enough to see people blow up if they see a question about a certain religion. Why? I don't understand. My family taught my just to accept people for who they are.
