AD PEDES TUOS MUNDUS STAT
however if you want it tattooed on yr foot you should write
AD PEDES MEOS MUNDUS STAT
that's "the world is at my feet".

STAT should be better used than EST to translate "is" since it also means stands, stands firm, remains.
Instead of STAT an option could be IACET with the extensive meaning "the word lies at my/your feets"

mundus = the universe, world; mankind
ab=at
tuus= your
pedis=feet

I'm not sure the correct order I took two years of Latin, but it has been 15 years, if you don't use it you loose it. All I have to show from it is a dictionary and a couple of text books in the attic.

orbis terrarum ad pedes tuos est

As with any language, there is more than one way to say things in Latin.

Regarding the translation above, it comes from a translator. Procul means "far from" and feet is not a Latin word.
