Just askin' 'cuz R&S is my FAY-vo-RITE section but I'm not terrible sure all y'all can really determine "just in general" stuff.

You know: tolerant vs. intolerant, Christian vs. Muslim, everybody vs. atheist, etc.

Oh, and -- though I have many friends of th'type -- I ain't gay.

Is it normal for a God to need Blood sacrifices?
Couldn't there of been a more sane plan to forgive sins?
Why is God into Blood offerings, why does he need blood?

Thoughout history, there have been thousands of Gods. As an atheist, I just happen to believe in one less gods than you do. When you think of all the reasons you don't believe in the thousands of gods, you'll begin to understand why I don't believe in yours.

Look I'm atheist and I don't believe in your God, but religion and your beliefs fascinate me nonetheless.
You never know, maybe one day I will believe, I mean stranger things have happened.
Why are my questions about your faith met with so much anger when all I am trying to do is understand where you are coming from?
And why do so many reply with flippant remarks like "God is King" and Jesus is all I need" when I'm asking profoundly important questions?

I am a Christian, and am not lying about what I am about to tell you:

A few nights ago my aunt was on her way home from the grocery store. She got home and packed in all the groceries and then went to gome pull the car on the way. She pulled up and she had clipped on to her sun visor a gold angel pendant. When she stopped the pendant fell of and landed in the floor and snapped in two. She decided she would just get in in the morning on her way from work. The next morning she came out into her locked car got in and the angel pendant was fixed and clipped on to the visor. It was not glued or anything it was like it was never broke!

A "friend" of mine has just gotten out of a relationship and says she doesn't want to have any relationships for a while, though she insists that she'd be fine with messing around a little.

Well, I just don't want a relationship but I wouldn't mind some sexual contact but I really don't want her emotions getting tangled. How can I initiate this without making her think I want something more?

Or do you not care? Like I was with my friends today and we saw a lesbian couple kissing and they were insulting them and calling them disgusting and that they should go to hell. I was like, "Uh, I'm gay" in my head.... I know that people there will always be people out there that will hate me for that, but to hear my close friends saying that is kind of hurtful.

ok, i honestly am curious about this. there is an obvious malignancy infecting the catholic church. it is far too common nowadays to hear about the church paying out money to victims of molestation. WHY has this molestation been allowed to go on and WHERE were are the parents before, during and after the deflowering of their children. WHAT besides paying the victims is the church doing to curb this insipid trend of molestation. HOW is the church still standing seemingly unblemished as a community. when pedophiles are caught they are ousted from society, however the catholic church seems to be full of pedophiles and the church remains unscathed. im not against the church, i just dont understand, so im looking for answers.
