I personally do not. My b/f has sideburns and I think they are sexy! He won't shave them off because I think so, I also find a 5 o'clock shadow incredibly sexual. It invokes thoughts of a "manly man".......just damn....gotta make a phone call! LOL!

I can understand how you feel, and people who left rude comments are just ignoreant idiots. First, do no shave anything on your face or belly. For your face you can ask your mother to have laser hair removal. It is a bit costly but it will be very effective. Do not worry to much yet, you are still young. For the belly problem, no one can see it, if you want to wear a swim suit here is a good advice. Buy a hair removal cream called Nair (it's very very good). You can use that to remove the hair on your hands, belly and back. Why did i suggest the cream? Well, if you use that the next time your hair grows back it will be the same thickness and length. If you shave, you will have much darker and harder hair, and you will have those bumps. So definitely use the removal cream. About the red dots, what i suggest is use Aveeno cream it will soften your skin and eventually those red dots will go away. Also it depends on the blade you are using . So i think that removal cream would be good for you legs as well.

Not that I know...
Long hair, perhaps a bit where I live, but that's quite common anyway :)
I seriously think people don't associate facial hair with being gay

I thought some people associated side burns with the proverbial 'redneck.'
Beards...I've known some gays in my years, but I don't remember ANY of them with a beard. Intellectuals, bikers, country singers....hmmm no gays to my recollection.

it does not mean he IS gay. people tend to use the word gay for bad things. when you want to start a rumor you say that a person is gay. it's the quickest way to make someone look bad, or to get your point across that you don't like it.

I hate facial hair. I really don't like hair. I never heard anyone say "Wow, look at that guy... he doesn't shave, must be gay."
