believe or have knowledge of the historical, factual events and people that the Bible speaks of? Do you understand the realism of the books of the Bible and if you do, why is it that you can't believe in Jesus? If you try to be polite and friendly, why do people feel that they have to give thumbs down? (who died and made them God?)
Puts you off bothering to answer anything, it's ungreatful!

As an Atheist, do you think it would be better to totally phase out religion and end all world religion, or limit religion to the churches, removing it's influence from the government, education and society? Or would you leave things as they are?

How would be the best way to go about it? What would be the effects?

if 90% of terrorists are men from a certain part of the world why not pay closer attention to them?

if 0% are 90+ year old women, why search them at an airport? to make it look fair to someone?

when pregnant women start blowing up planes - check them!
when priests start blowing up planes - check them!
when rabbis start blowing up planes - check them!

i find both places torture chambers

hell means you get roasted for ever in a self concious state
heaven means you enjoy bliss for ever in a self concious state

to me both places sound extreme forms of punishments

I'm just wondering, because lately, in my 37th year, I have noticed I am going a little bit thin at the front. At work, a woman I thought was a friend begged me to go to the movies with her, and a male employee, who asked her to go and she agreed. This Wednesday evening. Really, she doesn't want to go at all, and wants me to go to be a buffer. We are all over 45.

I said no, she kept nagging, so to be polite I said I would think about it. By the way she is married, I am too, and he is not. I have no intentions of going, as I don't even like this guy. It would be a friends-only thing, but even then I don't want to spend an evening this way.
Other employees think she has some nerve and I am sensible not to go. I think if I agreed, she would back out and leave me stuck. Any way it happened, someone would wind up hurt or embarrassed, as I am now, and I didn't even do anything to bring this on.

I feel like she sees me as some dumb sucker she can rope into this. Why would someone do this?

Is there anything else I can or should do or say, besides be firmer about my intent NOT to go?

I am talking about American History. Is this the longest any race of people were in captivity and is this spoke of in the Bible , since America is Nation among Nations, and A SUPER POWER. when there were many earlier bibles and the KJV wasn`t even a translation of the original text .It was written to merge all the contradicting Bibles used at the time into one orthodox Bible for the English Church

www.godofmoney.com . I'm a Christian and I've been thinking about this lately. I'm starting to think that maybe it's not a good idea to have God on money because God is sacred and money is a source of greed. Jesus said, "You can't serve two masters, you can't serve both God and money." So it doesn't make any sense to keep God on our money out of love for God. I mean you CAN"T love both. We wonder why people blame God for all their problems. HE'S ON OUR MONEY!
