Providing you state when posting the item the cost of the postage and packaging, they do.
Yes it's safe, just wait for the funds to clear before posting the item.

The buyer usually pays P&P -you have to specify this amount when you list the item. And yes, eBay is pretty safe...make sure you check the buyer's feedback rating if you're unsure...this'll tell you if they're idiots or not...

it is safe so don't worry, the buyer pays for post and packing or you can put it up for collection only. if sending through post then parcel force is best and they will even collect it from your house for you.

the buyer pays for p&p.check with the post office on how much it would cost and add it onto the p&p cost when you advertise it on ebay

when you sell theres an option to include p&p.ive always found its best to add it on.good luck !
